## Description

Some filing systems need clearly labeled folders for everyday paperwork, while others call for a way to keep individual documents easy to browse in a drawer. Pendaflex 81602 hanging file folders are made for letter-size papers and come with five tab positions. Their green color helps give a filing cabinet a consistent look, and the included tabs and inserts let you create labels for your categories.

## Best use cases
Use these folders to sort household records, invoices, school papers, or active office projects in a hanging file drawer. Each folder fits 8.5 x 11-inch documents, so papers can be stored in a familiar letter-size format rather than grouped loose in a pile. For example, a home office could assign folders to bills, warranties, and school forms, then label each category for quick visual reference.

The five tab positions give you a choice in how labels appear across the drawer. Stagger tabs to make category names easier to distinguish at a glance, or align them for a uniform row. With 25 folders in the pack, you can organize several ongoing subjects at once or set up a larger filing system in one go. If you prefer storing a single bulky project together, an expandable file or pocket is a different approach, these hanging folders are suited to sorting and browsing separate groups of letter-size paperwork.

## Where it shines
The folders are made from 100% recycled fiber, bringing recycled material into a practical office supply used for routine filing. Reinforced top and bottom edges are designed to resist wear from frequent handling, supporting regular use as folders move in and out of a drawer. Their standard green color keeps the set visually consistent, while the lighter interior can help distinguish the inside of a folder when sorting papers.

The pack includes 25 clear plastic tabs and paper inserts, so labels can be tailored to your filing categories. Choose a label for each subject, then place tabs in different positions to create a visual sequence. Buyers commonly praise the folders’ everyday usefulness, appearance, and fit in file drawers. Feedback on attaching the tabs is mixed, so take care when setting up labels to position them as intended.
