## Description

For indoor cats that need a dedicated vertical place to scratch, the PEEKAB JG21MZZWJ-FD combines a sisal-wrapped post with play features in a compact floor-standing design. Its 25-inch height and square base give cats a defined scratching spot while keeping the setup suited to indoor spaces.

Interactive toys at the base and two bird toys on the branches add play opportunities around the post. The beige finish and simple shape also make it easy to place alongside everyday home furnishings.

## Benefits

The sisal-wrapped scratching surface gives cats a specific place to scratch, which can help steer that behavior away from carpets, curtains, and furniture. Rather than choosing a plain post alone, this design pairs the vertical surface with toys that invite cats to engage with the structure. That combination is useful for indoor play and scratching in one floor-standing item.

The square base measures 11.8 by 11.8 inches, and the post stands 25 inches tall. Its 1.2-inch-thick base is designed to support the post during use. Two assembly methods offer different arrangements for the toys, and screws and wrenches are included for assembly. Buyers often mention that their cats are interested in the post and like its neutral appearance, feedback on stability and durability varies.

## Key takeaways

This is a single-level, beige cat scratching post made with sisal, recyclable thickened paper tubes, and a P2-MDF base. It is intended for indoor use and scratching, with toys at the bottom and two bird toys on the branches to add another point of interest. The vertical format makes it a practical alternative to a flat scratch pad for cats that use upright surfaces. Its 11.8-by-11.8-inch footprint provides a defined place to set it on the floor, while the neutral color can blend with many room styles.

## Care tips

The care instruction is spot clean only. For assembly, use the included screws and wrenches and choose one of the two assembly arrangements. Position the post on a level indoor floor where your cat can reach the scratching surface and toys.

## Before you decide

**What are the dimensions?** The post measures 11.8 inches long by 11.8 inches wide by 25 inches high, making it a vertical scratching option with a compact square base.

**What materials are used?** The scratching post is wrapped in natural sisal. Its structure uses recyclable thickened paper tubes, and the base is made from P2-MDF wood.

**How do I clean and assemble it?** Spot clean the post. Assembly uses screws and wrenches, which are included, and offers two methods for arranging the structure.

## Should you buy it?

Choose this PEEKAB post when your indoor cat needs a dedicated vertical scratching surface and you want toys built into the same setup. Sisal provides the scratching area, while the base and branch toys add a play element, the beige color and compact footprint help it fit naturally into a home. It brings scratching and interactive details together in one floor-standing spot.
