Its LED face displays expressions, giving children visual feedback as they play. Kids can guide it with voice commands, touch controls, an app or the included 2.4GHz remote. That range of control makes it easy to switch between giving a quick command and steering the dog around a room. For children who want an active, programmable toy rather than a plush dog for cuddling, this robot puppy offers movement, touch responses and customizable action sequences. ## What to know The robot recognizes 13 voice commands, including “sit,” “forward” and “dance.” A touch sensor on its back prompts movements such as turning its waist or moving forward and backward, adding another way to interact without relying only on the remote. For a more hands-on activity, children can create and store up to 50 personalized motion sequences. They can arrange movements like a short routine and watch the LED face change expressions during play. This combines imaginative play with basic sequencing and opportunities to explore cause and effect. The 2.4GHz remote and app provide two ways to control the dog, with a stated remote-control range of up to 100 feet. Its anti-slip wheel paws are described for use on carpets, wooden floors and lawns, making it suitable for floor play and outdoor yard adventures. The Type-C charging port and included charging cable support recharging between play sessions. The package includes the smart robot dog, a 2.4GHz remote control, a Type-C charging cable and a detailed instruction manual. The robot is black and designed for children ages 5–12, as reflected in the product’s age description. ## Everyday use A child can start by asking the dog to sit or dance, then try the back sensor to trigger another movement. Once familiar with the controls, they can assemble a sequence of actions and run it as a personalized routine. The LED expressions add a visual element as the dog responds, keeping interaction central to the play. The combination of remote steering and voice commands suits children who enjoy directing a toy around the floor. App control and programmable movements offer a different kind of play for those who want to explore controls and build their own action patterns. Rather than choosing a passive soft toy, families looking for a responsive electronic playmate can focus on these interactive features. ## Who it’s for This robot dog is intended for kids ages 5–12 who enjoy animals, movement and interactive toys. Younger children can try simple voice commands and touch responses, while children who want more control can experiment with the remote, app and saved movement sequences. Its mix of guided actions and child-created routines also makes it relevant for play that introduces basic sequencing and logical thinking. It makes sense if the goal is to give a child several ways to interact with a robot puppy instead of relying on a single control method. The LED face, voice recognition and touch sensor give each play session more than one starting point, whether a child wants to issue commands or explore how different inputs change the dog’s movements. ## Buying verdict Choose the Ozega 988A-7 Black for interactive robot-dog play that brings together voice commands, touch responses and app or remote control. Its ability to store up to 50 custom movement sequences gives children a practical reason to return to programming and invent new routines, while the rechargeable Type-C setup supports repeated use. It is a fitting choice for kids who want to steer, command and personalize the actions of a robot puppy at home or in the yard. ## Images ![Ozega 988A-7 Black Smart Robot Dog with Voice, App and Remote Control — 1](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/_QEz0kHwQu3j8VdkqBGJ_gAEF4hPOyi3YF2thUmCb_a3qDSm72qnSUp6fRe9Jro1bx47dbAmxLwUuRtYYYbW4sUAoDBU4f54AZrjNmxE-ixr_WsB20gP66L7Tg.jpg) ![Ozega 988A-7 Black Smart Robot Dog with Voice, App and Remote Control — 2](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/C4qdzC9TWUGPJYMhOVC9LO3kvYhpdkupsVDndIv3KryDFZQx3Fe9MunqMwjUYDGnFUE2sKd9cafcFD_HZC4XROv4zdfb5MlxoYLIBjD2tgOip51xZPrbJaERKg.jpg) ![Ozega 988A-7 Black Smart Robot Dog with Voice, App and Remote Control — 3](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/v0t-DTurxe03nEbt3AWPEZLPkY1JRUQWgRPZ5Wlbtx91e3dz4ROlvpkZwp5Bb_898pu8YCHNgDuh2LA-ANI8ICWbd1pCatJLH7QSxXA9WaUMRWXw0MNl16zTHA.jpg) ![Ozega 988A-7 Black Smart Robot Dog with Voice, App and Remote Control — 4](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/R5n56Uqm81NcsVp-44baO3_bms5RETl592NI6kFzQvyw3Oh45vufPESi-Z2LIdmBf1rqsLO0WoqFlC5N0Y9Syw4PpJY0YZv1MIDID3VXcEfmYrSImFxgHlM2Dg.jpg) ![Ozega 988A-7 Black Smart Robot Dog with Voice, App and Remote Control — 5](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/HJ7HDbPZbujPOZpICYr7yIylXCXKOAa0zqkOWfO4L3zHy1rNbY2WjYJ0Ixpz-NGXCBZIZSC3pPvhxxujxhR01JL6VR_1uW5boIHK3WHgX3wJtX8OEs6UZSOXRg.jpg)
