## Description

For riders age 5 and older looking for a helmet for skating, cycling, or scooter rides, the OutdoorMaster OM-SKB brings an adjustable fit and a skate-inspired shape to everyday use. Its reinforced ABS shell and thickened EPS core provide the helmet’s impact-resistant construction, while ventilation helps keep air moving as you ride.

Two removable liners make it easier to clean away sweat and accommodate different head sizes. An adjustment dial and adjustable chin strap let you fine-tune the fit before heading out.

## Highlights

The OM-SKB is designed for skateboarding and cycling, with additional listed uses including scooters, inline skating, BMX, and mountain biking. That makes it a practical choice for households where one helmet may be used across different wheeled activities. Rather than choosing a helmet built around only one sport, you get a multi-sport design with a low-profile, skate-inspired look.

The outer shell is ABS, and the inner core is expanded polystyrene (EPS). Ventilation openings support airflow during rides, while the rear adjustment dial and adjustable chin strap help tailor how the helmet sits. Set the dial and strap for a secure, comfortable fit before each outing, the fit should feel stable without the strap being loose.

The two removable liners add a useful day-to-day detail: they can be taken out for cleaning, helping manage sweat after active use. The listed Sweet Taffy color and skate-inspired style also offer a different look from a traditional bike-helmet shape. Buyers often mention the adjustable fit, appearance, and lightweight feel, some also describe using the helmet for casual biking and skating activities.

## Care & maintenance

Remove the liners when they need cleaning, then let them dry before putting them back in place. Keeping the liner clean can make the helmet more comfortable to use across regular rides and skating sessions. For ongoing use, check that the liners are seated properly and that the adjustment dial and chin strap are set before wearing the helmet.

## Tips for day-to-day use

To choose a helmet size, measure around the largest part of the head, about one inch above the eyebrows, using a flexible tape measure. The product is listed in X-Small, use the sizing guidance for the selected size when choosing a fit. Once worn, adjust the rear dial and chin strap so the helmet sits securely and comfortably. Recheck the fit when sharing the helmet with another rider, since head size and strap adjustment can vary.

For a typical outing, the same helmet can serve for a bike ride to a park and a skate session afterward, with the fit readjusted as needed. Its multi-sport design is useful when the activity changes but a familiar, adjustable helmet remains convenient to reach for.

## Should you buy it?

Choose the OutdoorMaster OM-SKB if you want a skate-style helmet for riders age 5 and older that can be used for activities such as skateboarding, cycling, scooter riding, and inline skating. The adjustable dial and chin strap help personalize the fit, and the removable liners support easier cleanup after active use. It’s a great fit if you value one versatile helmet for a mix of wheeled sports and prefer a skate-inspired design.
