## Description

This full-metal RV keyless entry door lock brings tougher security and simpler access for owners of trailers and fifth wheels. If you worry about forced entry or fumbling for keys, this lock pairs a weatherproof metal handle with both a FOB and keypad so you can choose how to open your door quickly and securely.

The keypad and remote let you skip keys on quick trips, while a hidden mechanical key gives backup when needed.

## Key takeaways

The design centers on deterrence and convenience. The all-metal handle resists prying and kicking, and the **backlit keypad** adds usable visibility at night. If you prioritize remote access, the FOB unlocks from about 100 feet, keeping hands free when loading gear. If you prefer keypad access, the peek-proof feature accepts random digits before and after your code, improving privacy against shoulder surfing. 🔑

## Tech specs

- Name: **ONNAIS Full Metal RV Keyless Entry Door Lock**
- Material: Full metal
- Connectivity: FOB range: 100 ft
- Battery life: Up to 2 years according to manufacturer

## Who it’s for

This unit suits RV owners who want a robust replacement handle with smarter access options and minimal maintenance. Installers will appreciate the all-in-one kit that includes screws, a screwdriver and tools for future battery changes, so one trip to the hardware store may not be necessary. If you frequently share access with guests or service personnel, the keypad lets you give temporary codes without handing over a physical key.

## Where it shines

The lock stands out for weather resistance and layered access methods, combining FOB convenience with a mechanical backup and a keypad that supports long random-digit sequences of up to 32 digits for extra privacy. It also comes with a lifetime warranty, which covers defects for the life of the product according to the seller. Note that the fit details list standard RV opening dimensions, so verify those measurements during installation planning.
