The privacy filter is the main distinction from a standard clear screen protector: it is designed to help limit side viewing when other people are nearby. That makes it a practical choice for checking messages or reading on public transportation, and for keeping a work screen less exposed in a shared office. The glossy finish and stated clarity are intended to preserve a clear view for everyday screen use, while the tempered glass adds a protective layer against scratches and impacts. Its anti-fingerprint feature also helps address the marks left by regular tapping and swiping.

Usage tips

This protector is designed specifically for iPhone 17 Pro, so match the phone model before installation. To apply it, position the included dust-free alignment frame, then pull the plastic tab so the glass settles onto the display. The manufacturer recommends watching the installation tutorial beforehand, following the steps carefully helps center the protector and keep dust from interfering with application. Buyers often describe the frame and installation process as easy to use, and many report a smooth, bubble-free application. Some buyers, however, mention that corners may not adhere as expected, so take care to align the glass and follow the application guidance.

The two-piece set is useful if you want a second protector available for a later replacement. Compared with choosing a clear protector focused only on screen coverage, this model combines coverage with a privacy-oriented filter. That makes it particularly relevant when viewing angles matter in public or shared settings, while its scratch-resistant glass and anti-fingerprint feature support everyday handling.
