OLIXIS Computer Desk 47 Inch

What to know

If you need a work surface for a compact corner, this desk adds a couple of useful storage touches, if your priority is spreading out across a larger workstation, its 47-inch format may feel restrictive.

The rustic brown desk has a steel frame with corner reinforcement. The listing describes the tabletop as scratch-resistant and waterproof, and gives a maximum supported load of 265 pounds.

A storage bag and headphone hook keep a few everyday items off the desktop. Keep in mind that the listing does not give the tabletop depth or the bag’s dimensions, so you can’t judge monitor fit or storage capacity without that measurement.

Best use cases

This setup makes sense for a bedroom, dorm, living room nook, or other spot where a full-size workstation would take up too much room. It can serve as a writing desk, study space, gaming station, or craft surface, though the listing doesn’t specify a drawer or other enclosed storage.

Picture settling in with a laptop and notebook while your headphones hang on the side and smaller items go into the attached bag. That arrangement can help keep the main surface clearer than a basic table with no built-in place for accessories. A solid pick if you want a compact desk with a few storage features already attached. It might not be a great match if you need a broad surface for multiple large monitors or want drawers to hide supplies.

Tips for day-to-day use

Use the hook for headphones and the bag for lightweight everyday items such as notebooks or cables, rather than treating either as a substitute for substantial storage. Keeping frequently used items within reach can make a small desk feel less cluttered, but it also helps to leave enough open space for the task at hand.

The tabletop’s scratch-resistant and waterproof qualities are product claims, not a reason to leave spills or sharp tools unattended. The steel frame and reinforced corners are intended to provide a stable base, with the stated load limit at 265 pounds. Assembly tools and instructions are included, according to the listing, the actual time needed may vary.

Before you decide

What is the stated weight capacity? The listing says the desk supports up to 265 pounds. That figure does not tell you how much usable desktop space you’ll have, so consider the 47-inch size alongside the equipment you plan to place on it.

Does it include storage accessories? Yes. The desk comes with an attached storage bag and a headphone hook. The listing doesn’t specify the bag’s capacity.

Are assembly tools included? The listing says tools and instructions are provided. It doesn’t give a detailed assembly time, so allow for setup rather than assuming it will be ready instantly.

Buying verdict

Choose this OLIXIS desk if a 47-inch work area suits your room and you value a hook and storage bag for keeping small essentials nearby. It offers more built-in organization than a plain tabletop, while the steel frame and stated capacity may appeal if you want a sturdier-feeling setup. Skip it if your layout needs a larger surface, drawers, or precise fit details that aren’t provided.
