## Description

Integrated LED lighting gives this OLEVS frame a more feature-focused look than a basic platform bed, while the built-in charging station keeps device charging close to the bed. Its floating-style design is intended to create the appearance of a bed raised above the floor.

The BF-F-005 is a black, metal frame sized for a full mattress. It measures 75" L x 54" W x 7.8" H, and its platform support means a box spring is not required.

Would you use the lighting for a softer bedroom setting, or is a straightforward frame all you need? The answer helps determine whether the integrated features are worth prioritizing for your setup.

## Practical tips

Plan the frame around a full-size mattress and the stated footprint before arranging nearby furniture. The low 7.8-inch height is a useful detail when considering how the bed will sit in the room. A box spring is not needed, so the setup can use the platform frame and mattress without that extra component.

The charging station and LED lighting are built-in features, rather than add-ons to source separately. The listing does not specify charging-port types or detailed lighting controls, so those specifics should not be assumed. Assembly instructions are included, buyer feedback on setup is mixed, with some finding it easy and others describing a longer or more difficult process.

## Pros

The main appeal is combining a full-size metal platform frame with ambient lighting and a charging station. That makes it a more integrated choice than a basic frame, especially for someone who wants fewer separate bedside accessories and a contemporary floating-bed look. The frame is also listed as squeak resistant, although that should be treated as a design feature rather than a guarantee of silent use.

Buyer opinions are mixed. Some appreciate the lighting and report a stable frame, while others mention lights that stop working after roughly 9–10 months or LED strips that fall off. Feedback on quality and value also varies. Those reports are worth weighing if you expect the lighting to be a central, long-term feature.

It’s a great fit if you want a full metal platform with lighting and charging incorporated into the bed. It’s not for you if dependable long-term LED performance is essential, given the reported lighting problems.

## Questions before you buy

**Does this frame need a box spring?** No. The product is described as a platform frame that does not require one.

**What mattress size does it fit?** It is designed for a full-size mattress. The listed frame dimensions are 75" L x 54" W x 7.8" H.

**Are assembly instructions included?** Yes. Instructions are listed as included, though buyers describe differing experiences with assembly time and difficulty.

## Buying verdict

Choose the OLEVS BF-F-005 if the floating-style appearance, integrated LED lighting, and charging station matter more to you than keeping the bed setup simple. Its full-size metal platform and stated 1,000-pound maximum weight recommendation give clear basics for planning a bedroom layout. If your priority is a minimal frame without electronic features, a simpler platform design may be a better match, if you choose this one, consider the mixed reports about lighting durability as part of the decision.
