OHOME Monarch Butterfly Decor-OHOME-2026A1 3D Day of the Dead Decorations, 12-Piece Set

If you’re creating a Día de los Muertos ofrenda or altar, these 3D monarch butterflies add a vivid orange-and-black accent with a meaningful connection to the occasion.

The set includes 12 artificial butterflies in three sizes, so you can arrange a varied display across a wall, shelf, frame, or altar.

Their folded-wing design and printed vein details bring dimension to indoor displays. How might a mix of sizes help shape your arrangement?

What to know

OHOME’s monarch butterfly decorations are made of PVC and feature orange-and-black coloring, serrated wing edges, printed vein textures, and color gradients. The wings can be bent to a 35° angle to create the intended 3D fluttering look. Three sizes make it easy to create a grouped arrangement or add smaller accents around a focal display.

The set contains 2 large butterflies measuring 4.72”, 2 medium butterflies measuring 3.54”, and 8 small butterflies measuring 2.76”. Double-sided foam adhesive is included for attaching them to walls, frames, altars, furniture, and other listed display surfaces. The product is intended for indoor use, making it a fit for room décor, party setups, and classroom displays.

Best use cases

For a Día de los Muertos display, arrange the larger butterflies near the altar or centerpiece, then use the smaller ones to extend the look across a wall or shelf. The monarch theme suits an ofrenda, while the dimensional wings add visual interest to a Halloween setup, Mexican-themed party, wedding arch, birthday cake table, or seasonal craft project.

They can also be used for bulletin boards, mantel décor, framed displays, and nature-themed DIY projects. Compared with a flat printed decoration, these butterflies offer a layered look, a flat option may suit a layout that needs to stay flush against its surface, while these are designed to stand out through their folded wings.

Who it’s for

These decorations suit anyone assembling an indoor Día de los Muertos altar, planning a themed party, or adding monarch details to a craft or classroom display. The assortment helps when a single repeated size would make a layout feel less varied, and the orange-and-black palette also works for Halloween and other seasonal arrangements. You’ll appreciate it if you want to place accents across several parts of a display rather than rely on one large centerpiece.
