## Description

Give your cat or dog a soft resting spot on a sofa, in a pet bed, or on the floor with the NWK self-warming mat. Its plush, 1-inch-thick surface and heat-reflecting aluminum filling are designed to make use of your pet’s body heat, so the mat provides gentle warmth without a power source.

The dark gray rectangular mat measures 20 x 16 inches and has a non-slip bottom for placement on surfaces such as wood, tile, and carpet. It’s also machine washable, making routine cleanup straightforward.

## Technical details
- Model: Warm Mat-ct-Dark Gray-S
- Type: Self-warming pet mat
- Size: 20 x 16 x 1 inches
- Color: Dark gray
- Cover: Sherpa fleece
- Materials: Aluminum and polyester

The aluminum filling is designed to reflect 20% more of your pet’s body heat. Because the mat doesn’t need electricity, you can place it where your pet already likes to rest without arranging a cord or power outlet. The plush surface gives pets a cushioned-feeling layer, while the non-slip bottom helps keep the mat in place during everyday lounging.

## Best use cases
Use the mat as a warm layer on a sofa, on a pet bed, inside a crate, or in a car. Its 20 x 16-inch size makes it a compact choice for creating a dedicated resting area, and its lightweight design makes it easy to move between spots at home or pack for a trip. For example, place it over a cool floor in a favorite resting corner, or add it to a bed to create a soft, heat-reflecting surface.

Compared with an electric warming pad, this mat offers a simple, non-electric approach: it reflects body heat rather than relying on a powered heating element. Customer feedback often highlights warmth and usefulness as a layer between a pet and the floor or bed. Comfort and whether a particular cat takes to the mat vary among buyers, so it can work well as an additional cozy spot alongside a pet’s familiar resting places.

## Usage tips
Set the mat on a flat surface and let your pet use it as a resting place. Its non-slip base is intended to help it stay put on wood, tile, or carpet. When it needs cleaning, machine wash the entire mat according to the care instructions. Since it is lightweight and portable, you can move it between a regular resting spot and a travel setup.

## Practical questions
**Does this mat need to be plugged in?** No. It is a non-electric mat designed to reflect your pet’s body heat, so it does not require a power source.

**Can I machine wash the mat?** Yes. The mat is machine washable, and the whole mat can go in the washing machine for cleaning.

**What size is this version?** It measures 20 x 16 x 1 inches, a compact rectangular size for a pet bed, crate, sofa, or other resting area.

## Should you buy it?
Choose this NWK mat if you want a portable, machine-washable resting layer that uses reflected body heat rather than electricity. Its plush surface, non-slip bottom, and compact 20 x 16-inch format suit cats and dogs that need a cozy spot at home or while traveling.
