## Description

The 5-foot flat cord and low-profile angled plug make this NTONPOWER power strip easier to place behind a desk, bookshelf, or other furniture close to a wall.

It combines six AC outlets with four USB ports, so you can power plugged-in equipment and charge USB devices from one compact strip. Choose this all-in-one layout when you want both outlet expansion and USB charging, a basic extension cord is a simpler fit when you only need to extend one connection.

For a home office, dorm room, or media setup, the side-facing outlets and two mounting holes help keep connections organized and the strip positioned where you need it.

## Key points

Six AC outlets and four USB ports let the strip serve up to ten devices at once. Three outlets accept grounded plugs, while three accept two-prong plugs. The AC outlets are spaced to accommodate larger adapters, and the USB ports use Smart IC technology to detect connected devices and provide appropriate charging current. Total USB output is 5V/3.1A.

The 45-degree flat plug is designed to leave the lower receptacle accessible, while the slim cord can follow a wall or furniture edge. Mounting holes allow horizontal or vertical installation, screws and a mounting template are included. For added protection, the strip has a 1,080-joule surge rating, overload protection, and an illuminated on/off switch with an integrated circuit breaker. Its maximum rating is 125V and 10A.

Customers appreciate the practical mix of outlets and USB ports, compact shape, and option to mount the strip. They also describe it as convenient for organizing cords behind a TV or other equipment.

## Usage tips

Place the strip near the devices you plan to connect, then route the flat cord along a wall or behind furniture. If mounting it, use the included template and screws to position it horizontally or vertically. Keep the total connected load within the 10A maximum at 125V, and use the switch to turn the strip off when appropriate.

## How to use it

Connect the Type B plug to a compatible outlet, then plug AC-powered equipment into the six outlets. Use the USB ports for compatible devices such as phones, tablets, cameras, or watches. The USB ports automatically detect connected devices, so separate USB wall adapters are not needed for charging through those ports. The grounded outlets can serve equipment such as computers, TVs, and audio devices, two-prong outlets suit items such as desk lamps and fans.

For a desk, place the strip within reach to connect a mix of electronics and USB devices without spreading separate chargers across the work surface. In a living area, mounting it near a TV can help bring power connections together while the flat plug and cord fit close to the wall.

## Final verdict

This NTONPOWER strip is a practical fit for anyone who needs several AC connections alongside USB charging in a single, space-conscious unit. Its flat plug, 5-foot cord, wide-spaced outlets, mounting option, and built-in surge and overload protection make it especially useful for organizing power at a desk, beside furniture, or in a dorm room.
