## Description

For anyone planning a Halloween display or adding colored light to a porch, this Nouscan two-pack pairs orange and purple PAR38 LED bulbs. Each bulb uses 15 watts and an E26 base. Want a seasonal color effect without replacing the fixture? These bulbs are intended for indoor and outdoor decorative use, including parties and holiday displays.

## Tech specs

The PAR38 shape is made for flood-style lighting, with a listed 120-degree beam angle. That broad spread can help add color across an entryway or a section of a party space, rather than focusing the light into a narrow spot. The listing gives a brightness of 1,200 lumens and describes the 15-watt LED as equivalent to a 150-watt incandescent bulb, those figures offer a reference point, but the orange-and-purple color is the main reason to choose this set over ordinary white flood bulbs.

- Type: PAR38 LED flood bulbs
- Color: Orange and purple
- Wattage: 15 watts
- Incandescent equivalent: 150 watts
- Base: E26
- Voltage: 120 volts
- Beam angle: 120 degrees
- Brightness: 1,200 lumens
- Dimmable: No
- Quantity: 2 bulbs

## Compatibility

These bulbs have an E26 base and are listed for 120-volt use, so check that your fixture uses the same base and is rated for the listed voltage before installing them. They are described for both indoor and outdoor use, which makes them suitable to consider for a porch, entryway, garage, living room, or party setup. The product information does not specify a weather-resistance rating, so outdoor placement should depend on whether the fixture itself is appropriate for the location.

The bulbs are not dimmable. Use them in a non-dimming fixture rather than expecting to adjust their brightness with a dimmer. For a Halloween setup, they could provide the orange-and-purple color pairing at a front entrance, for a more neutral everyday look, standard white flood bulbs would be the more fitting approach.

## Who it’s for

This set is aimed at shoppers who want colored flood lighting as part of a holiday or party decoration, not simply a replacement bulb for general-purpose white lighting. The PAR38 shape, E26 base, and two-color combination give you a straightforward way to add a coordinated accent where the fixture already accepts that bulb type. The listing also names Christmas, New Year’s, and everyday decorative settings, so use is not limited to Halloween.

A solid pick if you want orange-and-purple light from a two-bulb set and your fixtures match the listed base and voltage. It may not suit you if you need dimming, or if your priority is neutral lighting for routine room illumination. The product information lists a 2,000-hour operating life, but it does not establish how long the bulbs will last in a particular fixture or setting.

## Final verdict

Choose these Nouscan bulbs for a decorative color effect in a compatible E26 fixture, especially when orange and purple suit the occasion. Their practical appeal is the ready-made color pairing and flood-style format, the key trade-off is that they are fixed-output, non-dimmable bulbs rather than flexible everyday lighting. If you need adjustable brightness or a different color, this set does not provide that choice.
