NKVNKV Paint by Numbers Kit, 16 x 20 Inch Canvas

If you want a guided art project rather than a blank canvas and a pile of supplies, this beginner paint-by-numbers kit gives you a clear place to start.

The numbered canvas and matching acrylic paints are designed to make each session straightforward. You can work through the sections at your own pace, then use the finished piece as home decor or give it as a handmade gift.

One detail to plan around: the canvas is sold without a frame, so displaying it may take an extra step.

Key specifications

This is an adult paint-by-numbers kit for beginners, with a 16 x 20-inch numbered canvas. The listing describes the canvas as high-definition, with clearly printed numbers, and includes vibrant acrylic paints. It also specifies nylon brushes and hook nails. No frame is included.

The numbered layout shifts the focus from choosing a subject or mixing a full palette to matching colors with the marked areas. That can make the project easier to approach if you have little painting experience, though it still takes patience to fill the sections neatly. On the spec sheet, the paints are described as non-toxic, quick-drying, and suitable for smooth blending, the listing does not provide details such as paint volume or the finished artwork’s design.

Who it’s for

It suits you if you want a screen-free craft for a quiet evening, a guided activity to do with someone else, or a piece of decor you can make yourself. For example, you could set the canvas on a table, paint a few numbered areas after work, and pick up where you left off another day. The numbered approach provides more direction than starting with a blank canvas, while still leaving the time and care of painting to you.

You may want to skip it if you’re looking for a ready-to-hang picture or want to choose the composition and colors yourself. Because it comes without a frame, it is not a complete wall-display solution straight out of the package.

Included in the package

The package contains a numbered canvas, a set of acrylic paints, three nylon brushes, two hook nails, and instructions. The listed tools and paints are intended to let you begin without sourcing the basic painting supplies separately. The hook nails are included, but a frame is not, so don’t mistake the kit for a framed finished piece.

Practical doubts

Is this kit intended for beginners? The product is described as beginner-friendly and uses numbered areas with matching paints. It offers guidance, but painting each section still takes time and a steady hand.

Does it arrive ready to display? No. The canvas is explicitly listed as without a frame, so plan on framing or otherwise arranging it for display after you finish.

Can I start painting right away? The kit includes the canvas, acrylic paints, brushes, and instructions, so the listed painting essentials are included. The description doesn’t specify paint quantities or the exact artwork design.

Should you buy it?

Choose this kit if you want a structured, hands-on project and like the idea of making your own wall art without beginning from a blank canvas. It is a more guided route than buying a plain canvas and selecting supplies independently. The main trade-off is practical: you’ll need to account for the unframed canvas, and the listing leaves some details—such as the design and paint quantities—unspecified. If those limits fit your plans, the numbered format and included basics make it a sensible starting point for a beginner craft session.
