Key features

The CT11S-18-Black combines an 18-inch maximum stride with a dual-axis linkage in a machine measuring 39.6"D x 24.4"W x 61"H. That layout is designed to deliver a longer stride without taking up as much floor space as a larger home cardio setup. The listed maximum user height is 6'3", and the machine has a 400-pound maximum weight recommendation.

Magnetic resistance offers 16 levels, so you can adjust the workout from lighter movement to more demanding training. A digital monitor tracks time, speed, distance, calories, and odometer, with heart rate tracking also listed. Bluetooth connectivity supports the Kinomap app, adding an app-based option alongside the machine’s own workout display.

The magnetic system and PU rollers are designed for quiet movement, making the elliptical suitable for a home setting where other people may be nearby. Transport wheels help with repositioning between workouts or moving it within the room. The machine is listed as 90% preassembled and includes installation tools and a user manual.

Buyers describe the stride as comfortable for their workouts and often highlight smooth, quiet operation and a sturdy feel. Some also appreciate the compact size for fitting the trainer into their home. These are customer impressions, while the listed dimensions and resistance settings provide concrete details for planning your setup.

Tips for day-to-day use

Think about how the elliptical will fit into your routine and your room. If you want equipment that can stay in a dedicated workout spot, its 39.6-inch depth and 24.4-inch width give you a clear starting point for planning. If the area serves more than one purpose, the transport wheels make repositioning practical. This is a different approach from choosing a large, fixed cardio station: the Niceday is built around a more compact home setup.

The manual and included installation tools support setup, and the machine arrives listed as 90% preassembled. Once it is ready, the monitor provides a quick reference for workout time, distance, speed, calories, and odometer. Heart rate tracking and Kinomap connectivity offer additional ways to follow a session, depending on how you prefer to keep track of your exercise.

Getting the most from it

Use the 16 resistance levels to select an intensity that suits the session you have in mind, then adjust as your workout changes. The 18-inch stride is the defining choice in this model, while the 400-pound weight recommendation and 6'3" maximum user height help shoppers assess the fit for their household. For guided or app-connected workouts, Bluetooth support for Kinomap gives you another way to engage with training, for a straightforward session, the built-in monitor keeps core metrics visible.

The Niceday CT11S-18-Black is a practical fit for home users who want an elliptical with a longer 18-inch stride, adjustable magnetic resistance, and workout tracking in a compact format.
