## Description

The 4x6 fanfold format gives Nelko P64 labels a practical shape for printing shipping labels with a compatible thermal printer. Each pack contains 500 white, adhesive-backed paper labels for direct thermal printing. They’re designed for the Nelko PL70E and compatible with other thermal printer models. Choose fanfold labels for preparing shipping orders in batches, for occasional postage, a smaller label supply may suit your workflow better.

## Quick overview

These rectangular labels are made for shipping and internet postage, with a plain white surface for printed address and shipment details. Their direct thermal format is intended for use without ink, and the adhesive backing helps keep each label attached to packaging during transit. The labels are made without BPA or BPS, and the adhesive is described as high-strength.

They’re suitable for shipping labels used with services and selling platforms such as FedEx, USPS, UPS, Shopify, Etsy, [amazon](https://www.amazon.com/-/dp/B0BPX15Y15?tag=globalofertit-20), eBay, PayPal, Poshmark, Depop, and Mercari. Printer compatibility is an important part of choosing thermal labels: these are designed for the Nelko PL70E and can also work with other compatible models. The 500-label supply is useful when you want a dedicated stack for regular order fulfillment rather than a general-purpose label format.

## How to take care of it

If a label jams during printing, clean the printer’s print head and rubber roller with rubbing alcohol or a soft cloth before printing again. Keeping those printer components clean can help prevent recurring jams and support smooth label feeding. Follow the printer’s own care instructions when cleaning its parts.

## Best use cases

These labels are suited to online sellers, small businesses, and anyone who regularly prepares parcels and prints postage at home or at work. The fanfold format provides a supply of labels for batch processing, while the 4x6 size is intended for shipping-label use. For example, a seller packing several orders can print the shipment labels in sequence, then apply them to the corresponding packages.

The label material is described as resistant to scratches, water, dirt, dust, and grease, and the printed information is designed to remain clear in challenging weather. That makes the labels a practical fit for parcels that may be handled or exposed to the elements in transit. Their adhesive backing is intended to hold securely on packaging surfaces, helping keep shipping information in place as packages move through delivery.

## Is it worth it?

If you need a larger supply of direct thermal shipping labels in a familiar 4x6 format, the Nelko P64 combines 500 adhesive-backed paper labels with a fanfold design. It’s a more targeted choice than general-purpose labels when the job is printing postage and shipment details for orders. Pair it with the Nelko PL70E or another compatible thermal label printer, and it can serve as a ready supply for routine parcel preparation across supported shipping and e-commerce workflows.
