## Description

Teachers, students, and anyone organizing a home or office can create clear labels from a phone with the Nelko P21. Its Bluetooth connection and app-based design tools make it practical for marking folders, storage bins, supplies, name tags, and price labels without setting up a computer.

The compact green printer uses direct thermal technology, so it prints in black without ink or toner. A built-in cutter lets you separate each label after printing, while the rechargeable battery supports portable use around a classroom, workspace, or home.

## Benefits

Create labels in the Nelko app using text, QR codes, barcodes, images, and decorative elements. The app offers more than 750 templates, 3,600 icons, 700 borders, and 5,500 materials, giving you options for both straightforward identification and more customized designs. Labels can help distinguish student folders, sort household supplies, identify personal items, or add price tags and reminders in a small business.

The P21 connects to iOS and Android phones through Bluetooth. Choose a template in the app, connect the printer, and send the label directly from your phone. Its 203 DPI thermal printing produces monochrome output, using patterned label tape can add color to the label’s background or design. The built-in cutter is useful when preparing individual labels for items such as notebooks, bins, or mail.

Buyers often highlight the simple app setup, phone connectivity, compact size, and range of customization options. They also describe using it for varied labeling tasks, including storage and barcode labels. Those impressions reflect individual experiences, while the printer’s app-based workflow and design features make it suited to flexible, small-label projects.

## Usage tips

Download the Nelko app from the App Store or Google Play, load a label roll, and connect the P21 through Bluetooth in the app. iOS phones require iOS 13 or later. The printer does not work with computers, and it is not compatible with Google Pixel phones running Android 14. For iOS users, update the Nelko app to version 4.8.0 or later. The printer uses fixed-length labels rather than continuous label tape. Keep the green backing sticker on the label strip intact to support printing quality. A charging adapter is not included.

For a practical classroom setup, make labels for folders, supply bins, and student items from a phone, then cut each one as needed. For home organization, the same workflow can distinguish food-storage containers, cosmetics, or mail. Compared with handwriting labels individually, app templates offer a consistent way to repeat a design, a larger computer-connected label workflow may suit jobs that need computer printing instead.

## When it makes sense

Choose the Nelko P21 when you want a portable label maker for phone-based printing and varied small-label tasks at school, at home, or in an office. Its thermal, inkless printing, built-in cutter, and customizable app tools bring everyday organization and item identification into one compact device.
