Nekteck LMS-801 Shiatsu Neck Massager with Heat, Cordless, 16 Kneading Nodes

Sixteen kneading nodes and cordless operation make the Nekteck LMS-801 easy to position for a focused massage without staying near an outlet. Choose from three intensity levels, add heat, and use the controls to change the kneading direction to suit the area you want to target.

Its rechargeable design works for a massage at home, at the office, or while traveling. A full charge takes 3–4 hours and provides up to 90 minutes of operation.

Strengths

The LMS-801 combines shiatsu-style kneading with three adjustable intensity levels, so you can tailor the feel for your neck, shoulders, back, legs, or feet. Its 16 massage nodes work across the selected area, while the cordless format makes it practical to move the massager from room to room or use it where a power outlet is inconvenient. If you are comparing a rechargeable wrap-style massager with a stationary, outlet-dependent design, this one offers more flexibility in where you sit during a session.

The built-in heat function reaches up to 45°C/113°F and can be switched off manually when you prefer a massage without heat. The kneading direction alternates automatically every minute, you can also select a direction with the control panel. These options let you adjust the session without changing devices or repositioning for every change in direction.

Buyers often highlight relief from neck and back tension, relaxation, and the heat feature. Feedback is mixed, however: some find the controls difficult to get used to or the massage uncomfortable, and some report reliability concerns. That range of experiences is useful context when deciding whether a kneading-style massage suits your preference.

What matters most

The key choice is the massage feel. This model is designed around deep kneading rather than a broad, stationary massage surface. Its adjustable intensity gives you a choice of feel, and the direction control lets you change the motion while targeting a specific area. For example, you can place it around your shoulders while seated, select an intensity, and let the automatic direction change vary the kneading during the session.

The heat is an additional setting, not a requirement: use it when warmth is part of the experience you want, or turn it off. The 15-minute automatic shutoff ends each cycle, providing a clear session length before the unit powers down. The compact, ergonomic shape, breathable air-layer fabric, and soft faux leather support a portable setup for different seating positions.

Usage tips

Charge the massager fully before use, charging takes 3–4 hours, and the indicator is red while charging and green when fully charged. For a comfortable setup, position the kneading area on the body part you want to massage and begin with an intensity that feels manageable. Use the direction button to choose clockwise or counterclockwise kneading, or allow the unit to switch direction automatically every minute. You can turn heat off manually, and the massager shuts down automatically after its 15-minute cycle.

Final verdict

The Nekteck LMS-801 is suited to shoppers looking for a rechargeable shiatsu massager with targeted kneading, adjustable intensity, directional control, and optional heat. Its portability is especially useful when you want to move between neck, shoulder, back, leg, or foot massage without relying on a fixed spot near an outlet.
