## Description

This compact 7" desktop ring light from NEEWER Basics provides adjustable, natural-looking illumination for streaming, vlogging, video calls and quick content creation. It works as a key or fill light and helps reduce shadows while keeping setups simple and tidy.

## What matters most
The package includes two 7 inch LED panel lights designed for small studio desks and home offices. Color temperature ranges from 3000K to 6500K so you can switch from warm to cool tones depending on skin tones and scene mood. Brightness is continuously dimmable from 10% to 100% which gives fine control over exposure and avoids harsh highlights on close subjects. The panel reaches up to 680 lux at 0.5 m, according to the manufacturer, which is useful for selfies, makeup tutorials, or video conferencing where even, flattering light matters. Note that output figures come from the brand and actual results vary with distance and environment.

## Tech summary
- Name: **NEEWER R06 7" Desktop Ring Light**
- Display: 84 LEDs
- Capacity: 10W power input
- Compatibility: phone holder fits iPhone and most smartphones
- Dimensions: height adjustable from 23.5" to 33.1"

## Why it makes sense
The weighted metal base and telescopic center column give stability and height flexibility for tabletop setups. The built-in phone holder positions your device near the light for flattering framing, and the 105° front and back tilt helps aim illumination without moving the whole stand. The integrated 6.2 ft USB cable lets you power the light from a laptop, USB adapter, or portable battery for mobility and uninterrupted sessions. Small and portable, it suits creators who need a tidy desk solution rather than a full studio rig.

## Who it’s for
**It’s a great fit if** you create short videos, stream on social apps, join frequent video calls, or want a compact makeup light that adapts to different color tones. You’ll find the dimming range handy for close-ups and the tilt useful for angled shots. **It’s not for you if** you need studio-level power for large scenes or prefer battery-only operation without USB power, as this model relies on USB input.

## Care & maintenance
Wipe the LED surface gently with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust, and avoid liquids near the electronics. Keep the telescopic column dry and avoid overtightening the adjustment ring to preserve smooth height changes.
