Nazhura GYM MATS Home Gym Floor Tiles, 12-Pack, Brown, 24 x 24 in

For a home workout area that needs a cushioned surface, these Nazhura EVA tiles create a floor covering you can arrange to suit your space. Their puzzle-style edges connect into a larger mat, making it practical to set up a dedicated exercise zone.

Each square tile measures 24 x 24 inches and is 0.5 inches thick. The textured surface and cushioned construction add comfort underfoot while helping protect the floor beneath your workout area.

The brown finish suits a home gym, basement, or garage exercise space. Interlocking tiles also give you flexibility to shape the covered area around your room and equipment.

The tiles are made from ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA), with a textured pattern and interlocking edges. Their modular format lets you connect or separate pieces without tools when arranging the workout surface.

Best use cases

Use the tiles to define a workout area for home fitness routines, or place them beneath exercise equipment to add cushioning and help protect the floor. The square format works well when you want to cover a selected section rather than commit to one fixed-size mat. Connect the edges into a larger surface, then adjust the layout to fit the room or the space around your equipment.

The textured finish is designed to provide grip during exercise. Buyer feedback on slip resistance is mixed, so the surface and footwear can affect how secure it feels in a particular setup. Buyers also mention the cushioning, straightforward assembly, and flexibility of arranging the tiles. Opinions on the brown color vary, with some noting shade differences between tiles.

Included in the package

The package includes interlocking foam tiles that connect in a puzzle-style layout. This format lets you build a workout surface from separate squares and adapt the arrangement to your room. For care after a session, wipe the surface with a damp cloth and let it air dry.

Should you buy it?

It makes sense if you want a cushioned, modular floor covering for a home gym and value being able to shape the layout around your available space. Unlike a single-piece mat, interlocking tiles let you assemble a workout zone from connected squares. Their EVA construction, textured surface, and 0.5-inch thickness make them a practical fit for exercise areas where floor coverage and underfoot cushioning matter.
