## Description

Side sleepers looking for a way to keep a cushion positioned between their legs can use the NATUMAX pillow-1223 to support their hips, knees, and back while resting. Its ergonomic memory foam shape fits between the legs, and the strap helps keep the pillow aligned when you change position.

The set also includes a sleep mask and ear plugs, bringing a few sleep-comfort essentials together.

## How to use it
Place the pillow between your legs, either above or below your knees, and adjust its position until it feels comfortable. The product can also be positioned between the thighs, calves, knees, or ankles, giving side sleepers options for where they want support. Its leg strap helps hold the cushion in place as you move during sleep.

The memory foam is designed to support leg alignment and reduce pressure around the hips and back. It can be used as part of a regular bedtime routine, including during pregnancy. For a health condition or ongoing pain, follow guidance from your healthcare professional.

## What you’ll notice day to day
The shaped cushion offers a more dedicated alternative to placing an ordinary pillow between your legs. Its memory foam design creates a defined support point, while the strap is there to help keep that position through nighttime movement. The breathable, zippered cover can be removed for machine washing, making routine care more straightforward, the foam itself should be spot-cleaned and fully air-dried.

Buyer feedback commonly highlights comfort, positioning, and support for side sleeping. Some buyers also report that the pillow stays in place with its strap. Opinions differ on the feel and size: some appreciate the softer foam, while others prefer firmer support or find the cushion larger than expected. These preferences are useful to keep in mind when choosing a shaped leg pillow rather than a standard bed pillow.

## Practical questions
**Where can the pillow be placed?** It can sit between the legs above or below the knees, or between the thighs, calves, knees, or ankles. Adjust it to the position that feels comfortable for sleep.

**How do you wash it?** Remove the zippered cover and machine-wash it. Spot-clean the memory foam and let it air-dry completely before using it again.

**What comes in the set?** The set includes the NATUMAX knee pillow, a sleep mask, and ear plugs.

## Buying verdict
For side sleepers who want a shaped memory foam cushion instead of a regular pillow between the legs, the NATUMAX pillow-1223 brings together multi-position support, a securing strap, and an easy-care cover. The included sleep mask and ear plugs round out the set for a bedtime routine centered on comfort and positioning.
