## Description

The rocket measures 5.2 x 5.2 x 12.01 inches and pairs a rechargeable motor with an outdoor launch pad for backyard flight. Three settings let kids choose a shorter or longer flight, with launches reaching up to 200 feet.

Designed for ages 8 and up, this motorized rocket offers a different kind of play from a jump-and-launch air rocket: a button starts the powered flight, while rotor blades extend at the top of the ascent to guide the rocket back to the ground. The included learning guide connects the activity with flight, aerodynamics, and space.

## Key takeaways

A rechargeable lithium-ion battery powers the rocket, with up to 20 launches per charge. The included charging cable takes about 30 minutes for a full recharge, making it practical to prepare for another round of outdoor play. Three flight settings add a simple choice before each launch: select a setting with the button, then watch the rocket climb according to the chosen flight time.

The rotor blades deploy as the rocket reaches its apex and help it return to the ground. Kids can personalize the rocket with the three included decals, while the detailed instructions and learning guide give the activity an educational angle beyond launching and retrieving it.

## Tips for day-to-day use

Use the rocket outdoors, place it on the included launch pad, and follow the instructions to select a flight setting. The product instructions advise stepping back before launch. After a session, recharge the rocket with the included cable so it is ready for another outing. Its powered launch is well suited to kids who want a repeatable, button-operated flight activity, a simpler air rocket may suit play centered on jumping or a direct physical launch instead.

## Getting the most from it

Make each outing an opportunity to compare the three settings. Kids can observe how the selected flight time relates to the rocket’s ascent, then use the guide to connect what they see with basic ideas about aerodynamics and flight. This gives the toy a hands-on STEM dimension without taking away from the excitement of sending it skyward.

The set includes the Power Rocket with rechargeable battery, launch pad, charging cable, three decals, and detailed instructions with a learning guide. With up to 20 launches on a full charge, there is room for multiple turns in one session. Choosing a clear outdoor area and following the setup and launch directions helps keep the activity organized from takeoff through landing.

## What to clarify

What age is the rocket designed for? It is recommended for ages 8 and up, making it suitable for school-age kids interested in space and hands-on science activities.

How do the three flight settings work? Press the launch button one, two, or three times to choose a setting. The selected flight time determines whether the rocket takes a shorter or longer flight.

What comes in the set? It includes the motorized rocket with rechargeable battery, launch pad, charging cable, three decals, and a detailed instruction and learning guide.

## Is it worth it?

For families looking for an outdoor space toy that combines active play with a clear learning angle, this rocket brings together powered launches, three selectable flight settings, and a rotor-assisted return. The rechargeable design supports repeated launches, while the guide gives kids a way to explore the science behind what they are watching. It is especially suited to backyard sessions where children can take turns launching, observing the flight, and trying another setting.
