Nasal Strips, 60 Count

People looking for an external aid to nasal breathing during sleep, workouts, or travel may find this 60-piece pack worth a look. The strips use three reinforced springs and a wide body, with the aim of gently opening the nasal passages while staying in place through movement or sweat. They’re clear, so they’re less noticeable than a more prominent option.

If you prioritize a wider adhesive surface for staying power, this design leans that way, if you prefer to avoid adhesive on your skin, a nasal strip is the wrong format to start with.

Getting the most from it

The basic routine is simple: peel off a strip, place it on the outside of the nose, and press it into position. For example, someone getting ready for bed can apply one before settling in, while a runner could use one before a workout when nasal breathing feels restricted. The listing describes the adhesive as sweat-resistant and the strips as suitable for day or night use, but it doesn’t specify a wear-time limit.

The wider body is meant to spread contact across more of the nose rather than concentrate it in a narrow band. The product description claims 50% more contact area than standard nasal strips, though it doesn’t provide measurements or details for comparing fit across different nose shapes. A pack of 60 also makes it practical to keep a few on hand for travel or regular use without switching product formats.

Why it’s worth it

This is a straightforward choice for people who want a drug-free, stick-on approach to nasal airflow rather than a device worn inside the nose. Three reinforced springs provide the lifting action, while the broader adhesive area is intended to help the strip stay put. The listing also describes the adhesive as hypoallergenic and designed for clean removal without residue—useful details for anyone who expects to apply and remove a strip regularly.

Worth considering if you want one product for sleep and exercise instead of buying separate options for each situation. It may also appeal if you’re dealing with temporary stuffiness from allergies or a cold, although the product description doesn’t establish how much relief an individual user should expect.

Worth noting

From the way it is set up, this strip targets airflow through the nose, it shouldn’t be treated as a fix for every reason someone snores or has trouble breathing. The listed benefits, including improved sleep and workout performance, are product claims rather than a guarantee of results. Fit and comfort can also vary, and the listing gives no strip dimensions or details about how long the adhesive reliably holds on different skin types.

The adhesive is a practical part of the design, but it also means this isn’t the best match for someone who doesn’t want a product attached to their skin. “Hypoallergenic” does not tell you how your own skin will respond, so a cautious first use makes sense if you’re sensitive to adhesives.

Buying verdict

Choose these if you want clear, external nasal strips with a wide-body design, reinforced springs, and a stated focus on sleep, workouts, and everyday use. The 60-piece pack suits someone who expects to use strips regularly or wants them available for more than one setting. Look elsewhere if you need a precisely sized fit, prefer an internal breathing aid, or expect a nasal strip to resolve snoring regardless of its cause. The main trade-off is simple: you get a convenient adhesive format, but the listing doesn’t provide dimensions or enough detail to predict comfort and hold for every user.
