## Description

If you need a full-size mattress with a medium-firm feel, the Naruchu hybrid combines memory foam with individually pocketed springs. Its pillow-top style adds a cushioned surface, while the hybrid construction pairs foam comfort layers with coil support. The mattress ships compressed in a box for setup at home. Its full dimensions are 54 x 75 x 12 inches.

## Technical details
- Size: Full
- Construction: Hybrid with memory foam and individually pocketed coils
- Firmness: Medium firm
- Top style: Pillow top
- Cover: Polyester blend
- Layers: 3
- Dimensions: 54 x 75 x 12 inches

The foam-and-coil combination gives this mattress a distinct feel from an all-foam or traditional innerspring design. Memory foam forms the comfort layer, while the individual pocket springs are intended to help isolate motion. That feature can be useful for partners with different sleep schedules, since movement on one side is less directly linked to movement on the other. The medium-firm design suits shoppers looking for a feel between plush and firm, and the full size works for a primary bed or a guest room.

## Compatibility
The mattress is described as compatible with platform beds, adjustable bases, box springs, and foundations. That range gives you flexibility to pair it with an existing bed setup or choose a base that suits the room. Before unboxing, place it on the intended frame or foundation so you can unroll it where it will be used.

## Practical tips
The mattress arrives compressed in a box. Unroll it in a well-ventilated room and allow 48–72 hours for it to expand fully, the stated room temperature for expansion is 68–72°F. Giving it this time before use helps it reach its intended shape. Its full-size footprint and boxed delivery also make it a practical format for furnishing a spare bedroom or a compact home where carrying a conventional mattress may be less convenient.

Buyer feedback is positive about comfort, setup, and sleep quality. Opinions on firmness and support vary: some buyers find the feel right for them, while others describe it as too firm or too soft, and views on edge support differ. Reports about back-pain relief are also mixed, so that outcome depends on the individual rather than being a promised benefit.

## Before you decide
**What does hybrid construction mean on this mattress?** It combines memory foam with individually pocketed coils, bringing foam comfort layers and a spring-based support system into one mattress.

**How long should it expand after unboxing?** Allow 48–72 hours for expansion in a well-ventilated room at the stated temperature of 68–72°F.

**What kind of feel does it offer?** It is described as medium firm, with a pillow-top style. Buyers’ firmness preferences vary, so consider whether you generally prefer a more cushioned or firmer sleep surface.

## Final verdict
Choose the Naruchu Full Mattress if you want a full-size hybrid with memory foam, individually pocketed coils, and a medium-firm feel. Its boxed delivery and broad bed-frame compatibility make it a practical fit for setting up a bedroom or refreshing a guest bed.
