MYSKY HOME Sectional Couch Cover, Chenille

The two-piece chenille layout is made for covering an L-shaped sectional without relying on one oversized throw to span the whole sofa. This chocolate set includes two matching 71" x 118" pieces, intended for a chaise on either side with a three-seat sofa. The thick, soft fabric adds a fresh look while helping shield the upholstery from everyday wear, pet scratches, food, and loose pet hair. It’s a practical surface layer, though it is not described as waterproof, so it should not be treated as spill containment.

Getting the most from it

Start by measuring the chaise and seating area, then compare those measurements with the size guide. This set is listed for a right- or left-side chaise plus three seats, the same dimensions may not cover a sectional with a different layout or unusually deep cushions. Installation is straightforward: lay one piece over each section and tuck the extra fabric into the gaps around the seat, backrest, or armrest. For example, after a pet nap, you can lift off the covers to deal with hair on the fabric rather than brushing the sofa itself.

The covers are described as anti-slip, but the fit still depends on tucking the material securely into the sofa’s creases. If you prioritize a quick way to refresh and shield a sectional, this two-piece format is more convenient than arranging several unrelated throws, if you prefer a tailored, sofa-specific fit, a loose cover may not give you that look. Slight color differences between production lots are also noted, so the chocolate shade may not be perfectly identical across batches.

Why it’s worth it

Chenille brings a soft, textured finish, while the two-panel design addresses the awkward corner and chaise arrangement that a single rectangular cover can leave exposed. It can be useful in a busy living room where kids, pets, or everyday lounging put upholstery in the line of routine wear. You’ll appreciate it if you want a removable layer that can be machine washed and don’t mind taking a moment to tuck it into place.

Care is manageable: wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle with mild detergent, avoid bleach, and iron on low heat if needed. The care directions make upkeep more approachable than with a cover that requires special cleaning. Still, on the spec sheet, there is no stated water-resistant or waterproof treatment, and the product is not presented as a fitted slipcover. It’s not for you if you need a close, secured fit or a barrier designed to contain liquid spills.

Key takeaways

• Two chenille pieces, each 71" x 118", in chocolate.
• Intended for a left- or right-side chaise with a three-seat sectional.
• Made to help protect against daily wear, pet scratches, food, and pet hair.
• Soft, thick, and described as anti-slip, tuck excess fabric into sofa gaps.
• Machine washable in cold water on a gentle cycle, wash separately.

The main buying check is the sectional’s layout and measurements, not just its seat count. A chaise-and-three-seat sofa matches the stated configuration more closely than a compact loveseat or a larger sectional with extra seating. If your sofa differs, the listing also describes other size options, but their dimensions are not included in this set.

Is it worth it?

This MYSKY HOME cover makes sense if your sectional matches the stated chaise-and-three-seat configuration and you want a washable chenille layer to take the brunt of everyday contact. Its two-piece arrangement is a more considered fit for an L-shaped sofa than a basic single throw, and the chocolate color offers a coordinated look across both sections. Skip it if your priority is a tailored installation, guaranteed color matching between production lots, or liquid protection: those benefits aren’t established by the product details.
