## Description

The 14-inch Pilates ring gives this Muuruu set a clear starting point: a compact piece of equipment for resistance work at home. The ring is described as elastic fiberglass and rubber, with padded handles for a more secure grip.

The kit adds a 9.8-inch ball, wrist and ankle weights, several types of bands, a yoga strap, socks, a storage bag, and workout guides. That range makes it possible to switch between strength, stretching, and balance-focused exercises without building a setup from separate pieces.

Looking for a single ring, or a small collection of tools for varied routines? This set takes the all-in-one approach, with a listed medium tension level that helps set expectations for resistance.

## Best use cases

This kit is suited to home Pilates and general workout sessions where having several accessories on hand is more useful than relying on one piece of equipment. The ring can add resistance to movements for the arms, thighs, back, and glutes, while the mini ball is intended to add instability and resistance during core exercises. The strap and elastic bands also support stretching and strength work.

For example, a home session could move from ring squeezes to ball-supported core exercises, then finish with band stretches. The included socks have silicone grip points on the soles, and the storage bag makes it easier to keep the accessories together or carry them to another workout space. It makes sense if you want a varied kit for home practice rather than a ring-only purchase.

Buyers particularly appreciate the number of included accessories and describe the set as useful for home workouts. Some also call out the bands as easy to use and the ring as stable. Those impressions may help when weighing the convenience of a bundle, but they do not establish how each item will feel or hold up for every user.

## What you’ll notice day to day

The main practical difference from buying one Pilates tool at a time is variety: the set combines a ring and ball with fabric and elastic bands, weights, and a strap. That can suit someone who likes to change exercises or follow different workout guides. The six included guides offer a starting point for using the equipment, though the product details do not specify their individual routines.

The wrist and ankle weights are listed as adjustable and 1 pound each, for 2 pounds total. They add a small amount of resistance for movement-based sessions, while the bands and ring provide other ways to work against tension. The listed tension is medium, so this is a better fit for general exercise than for shoppers specifically seeking a clearly specified heavy-resistance kit. It’s not for you if that heavier resistance is your priority.

## Questions before you buy

**Does the set include equipment beyond the ring and ball?** Yes. It also includes weights, several band styles, a yoga strap, socks, a storage bag, and six workout guides.

**Can the kit be used for stretching as well as strength exercises?** The listed accessories include a yoga stretching strap and elastic bands, alongside the ring and ball for resistance-based movements.

**What resistance level is specified?** The product details list medium tension. They do not provide separate resistance ratings for each band.

## Should you buy it?

Choose this set if you want a collection of Pilates and workout accessories in one package, especially for varying home routines that use a ring, ball, bands, and light weights. Its appeal is the breadth of tools rather than a single specialized piece. If you already own most of these accessories, a ring-only or ball-only option may be a more focused purchase. The medium tension listing is also worth considering if your workouts call for a particular resistance level.
