## Description

## Tech specs
The 3mm gel pads cover the palm to cushion contact with bars and exercise equipment, while the fingerless design leaves your fingers free to maintain grip sensation. A microfiber construction and non-slip palm pads support lifting and other grip-focused workouts without covering the full hand.

## Practical tips
Choose a size using your hand circumference: Medium corresponds to 7.5–8.0 inches (19–20.5 cm). Measure around the hand as directed by the size chart, then compare the result with the listed range for a more considered fit. The adjustable wrist closure lets you secure the gloves around the wrist, and the two hook-and-loop tabs are designed to reduce the need for repeated adjustments during training. The fingerless cut keeps the fingertips available for handling equipment, while pull tabs help with removal after a session.

These gloves are designed for weightlifting, pull-ups, rowing, cycling, and general fitness workouts. For example, during a strength session that moves between a barbell and a rowing machine, the palm coverage and fingerless shape offer a practical balance of hand protection and direct finger contact. The terry panel on the thumb also provides a convenient way to wipe sweat between sets. Buyers often highlight the fit, grip, and protection from calluses and blisters, feedback on the amount of padding is mixed, so the best match depends on how much palm cushioning you prefer. Compared with full-finger workout gloves, this style keeps more of the fingers exposed while adding gel padding across the palm.

## How to use it
Put on a glove for each hand and fasten the wrist closure to a secure, comfortable fit before exercising. Use the finger tabs to remove the gloves after training. Hand wash them as directed, then lay them flat to dry. The adjustable closure can also accommodate a watch or sports bracelet while you work out.

## Questions before you buy
What hand measurement fits the Medium size? Medium is listed for a hand circumference of 7.5–8.0 inches (19–20.5 cm). Use the circumference measurement rather than choosing by age or workout type.

Which activities are these gloves intended for? They are suitable for weightlifting, pull-ups, rowing, cycling, and general workouts. The palm pads and fingerless design are useful when you want palm coverage while keeping your fingers available to grip equipment.

How should the gloves be cleaned? Hand wash them and lay them flat to dry. This care approach helps maintain their shape between training sessions.

## Final verdict
MOREOK’s MK1003 gloves bring together 3mm gel palm padding, a fitted fingerless shape, and an adjustable wrist closure in a versatile training design. They make sense if you want palm coverage for lifting and mixed workouts while keeping your fingertips free to handle equipment.
