MontVoo Jute Stair Treads, 8" x 30", Beige, Peel-and-Stick, 15 Count

If you want to protect indoor wooden steps while adding a natural woven texture, these jute stair treads combine a flat, beige surface with peel-and-stick application. Their 8" x 30" format gives each tread a defined coverage area, while the set of 15 lets you outfit a staircase with matching pieces.

The dense jute weave brings a textured look to the stairs and is designed to help improve stability and reduce noise. Each tread attaches with a self-adhesive backing.

Practical tips

Before applying a tread, make sure the stair surface is ready for adhesive and position the piece where you want it. The clear backing film has a center slit and small stickers that mark the peeling points, so you can expose the adhesive and place the tread in a controlled way. Press it into position on the step for a neat, consistent finish across the staircase.

For routine care, vacuum the jute or wipe it with a damp cloth. The natural material is not machine washable. Slight color variation can occur with natural jute, giving each set its own subtle variation while keeping the beige palette coordinated.

Benefits

The tightly woven jute surface is built for everyday residential use and offers a more textured, natural appearance than a plain stair surface. Its firm weave is designed to resist scratches from cat and dog claws, and the dense construction helps minimize trapped pet hair. That makes the treads a practical fit for homes where pets use the stairs, while the textured surface can help support steadier footing.

The adhesive backing is designed for clean removal without sticky residue, making it useful when you want to replace or reposition a tread. Buyer feedback highlights the appearance, straightforward installation, and perceived stability. Experiences with adhesion are mixed, so careful positioning and application are important for the intended fit.

Key points

Each piece measures 8" x 30" and has a flat sheet shape in beige jute. The set contains 15 treads for indoor stair steps. The peel-and-stick format avoids a separate installation method, and the marked backing film helps guide placement. Choose this style when a natural woven finish, pet-conscious surface, and removable adhesive application are priorities over a continuous stair runner that covers the staircase as one piece.

Before you decide

How do you install the stair treads? Each piece has a clear plastic backing with a center slit and small stickers marking where to peel. Remove the film, position the tread on the step, and attach it with the adhesive backing.

How should you clean them? Vacuum the jute or wipe it with a damp cloth. These natural-fiber treads are not machine washable.

Are they suitable for homes with cats or dogs? The dense jute weave is designed to resist scratches from pet claws and minimize trapped pet hair. The textured surface also helps support stability on indoor steps.

Is it worth it?

For homeowners looking to add individual, removable coverings to indoor wooden stairs, this set brings together natural jute texture, a pet-conscious weave, and a peel-and-stick format. The 15-piece set and beige 8" x 30" treads suit a coordinated staircase update, with simple vacuum or damp-cloth care for regular upkeep.
