## Description

## Key takeaways

This Smooth Shampoo + Conditioner duo targets frizzy, coarse and curly hair with a formula that calms texture and boosts manageability. It suits daily routines where softness and reduced frizz matter, and it aims to simplify styling while adding visible shine. 🌸

This set is presented as a bathroom-ready pair that helps lock in moisture and create a protective feel on the hair shaft, according to the product description. The scent and gentle lather make wash days easier without stripping natural oils.

## Why it’s worth it

**MONDAY HAIRCARE Smooth Shampoo + Conditioner** brings together moisturizing and smoothing ingredients that many people look for in a daily hair routine. The formula is **pH balanced** and dermatologically tested, which can help maintain scalp comfort while managing frizz. **Wheat Protein** is included to lock in hydration and support strand resilience. Avocado Oil appears in the ingredient highlights to add triglyceride-rich nourishment and to form a light barrier against moisture loss. 🥑

The range is free of SLS, parabens and phthalates, which reduces exposure to common harsh surfactants and preservatives for those who prefer milder cleansers. The brand also emphasizes ethical credentials, noting cruelty-free approvals that matter to buyers who prioritize animal-friendly products.

## Who it’s for

It suits you if your hair tends to be wavy, curly or naturally coarse and you want a gentler everyday system that focuses on softness and manageability rather than intense repair or styling hold. You’ll see easier detangling and smoother surface texture after regular use, according to the formulation notes.

It may not be the best choice if you need a clarifying shampoo for heavy product buildup or if you require medically targeted scalp treatments. Keep in mind that ingredient performance varies with individual hair porosity and routine.

## What’s included and sustainability note

The pair comes in matching pink bottles designed to fit a bathroom shelf, and the packaging is made from **100% recyclable bottle** material to reduce waste. That adds an eco-conscious aspect to the everyday haircare ritual.
