## Description

## Why it’s worth it

At 5 inches, these MON2SUN chew sticks give small and medium dogs a firm, easy-to-hold treat for a supervised chewing break. The starch-based center offers a rawhide-free alternative, with cassava starch and pumpkin powder as key ingredients.

Duck breast, chicken breast, and chicken liver wrap the center for a savory, layered flavor, with duck as the largest meat ingredient in the flavor mix. Pumpkin, sweet potato, and pea powders add a mild veggie note. Looking for a chew that brings meat and veggie flavors together in one stick? This recipe does just that, without traditional rawhide.

The bag contains 10 sticks and weighs 10.58 oz. Snap a stick in half once to make a smaller serving, or offer the full stick for a longer supervised chew moment. These are designed for chewing rather than frequent training treats, making them a natural fit for quiet time or after a walk.

## The essentials

Each stick has a firm starch center wrapped with meat, giving dogs a chew they can hold while they settle in. That format can be useful when you want to offer a more involved treat instead of a small, quick-to-eat training bite. The product is intended for adult dogs and recommended for small and medium dogs.

MON2SUN describes the chew as rawhide-free and made without beefhide. The ingredient blend also includes pumpkin, sweet potato, pea, and potato ingredients. The recipe lists at least 15% crude protein, and each stick is about 97.35 kcal, details that can help you account for treats as part of your dog’s daily feeding routine. It is also labeled as containing no artificial colors.

Compared with small, soft rewards meant for repeated training, this 5-inch wrapped stick is geared toward a dedicated chewing occasion. For example, it can be offered during a supervised quiet break after a walk, when a dog has time to work on a firm chew. It suits you if you want a rawhide-free stick with a meat-forward flavor and a pumpkin-based starch center for a small or medium adult dog.

## Care tips

Offer the stick as a treat and supervise your dog while chewing. Provide fresh water, remove small pieces, and keep treats below 10% of your dog’s daily calories. If you want a smaller serving, snap the stick in half once. These simple steps make it easier to fit the chew into a routine while keeping an eye on your dog as they enjoy it.

## Final verdict

MON2SUN’s 5-inch triple-flavor sticks combine a firm pumpkin-starch center with duck, chicken, and chicken liver in a rawhide-free chew. The 10-count, 10.58 oz bag is suited to owners looking for a holdable chew for supervised quiet time or an after-walk treat for a small or medium adult dog.
