At a glance

The case is designed specifically for the 6-inch amazon Kindle Basic 11th generation (2024/2022). Its lightweight design and slim profile protect the reader without adding much bulk, making it practical to keep on the Kindle while carrying it in a bag or picking it up for a few pages at home. A PC interior and hardback shell add structure, while the PU leather exterior gives the cover its matcha finish.

A precise charging cutout lets you connect the Kindle without removing the case. That detail is useful when the reader stays protected on a desk or nightstand between reading sessions. Buyers often praise the fit, lightweight feel, appearance, and everyday protection. Feedback on the magnetic closure is mixed: some appreciate how it closes, while others would prefer a stronger hold.

For a model-specific cover rather than a separate sleeve, the fit and automatic wake/sleep feature make this design especially suited to readers who want their Kindle covered while in use and between sessions. It is not designed for earlier Kindle generations, Kindle Paperwhite, or Kindle Colorsoft.

Usage tips

Match the case to a 6-inch Kindle Basic from the 11th generation, released in 2024 or 2022. The cover is made for that device family, Paperwhite and Colorsoft models have different compatibility. Once fitted, use the front cover to help protect the screen while carrying the Kindle, and leave the case on when charging through the cutout.

The automatic wake function may take 3–5 seconds after opening the cover. Allow that brief interval for the Kindle to respond, then continue reading as usual. Close the cover when you finish to activate the sleep function.

How to use it

Place the compatible Kindle into the case’s shell, keeping the device aligned with the cover’s cutouts. Open the front cover to access the screen, the built-in magnetic feature triggers the wake/sleep function. Close the lid when you are done reading, and connect the charger through the dedicated opening without taking the Kindle out. The cover’s slim format suits a daily routine that moves between a bedside table, a reading chair, and a bag.
