## Description

The two-size MIXC plant cover set helps protect outdoor plants from winter weather while letting light and moisture reach the fabric. It includes four covers: two measuring 47'' x 71'' and two measuring 71'' x 83''. Lightweight, breathable nonwoven fabric and practical closures make it easier to cover plants and access them for watering.

## At a glance

Each cover is made from 2.1 oz nonwoven fabric, designed to retain warmth while allowing plants to breathe. The fabric has 40%-60% light transmittance, and the covers are intended to help shield plants from frost, snow, hail, and heavy wind. They can also provide a barrier against birds and other animals that may damage plants.

The two sizes offer flexibility for different plants and shapes, including potted plants, shrubs, young trees, citrus trees, and upright plants such as tomatoes. The stated recommendation is 3°-8°F freeze protection. Choose a cover size that gives the plant room beneath the fabric, then use the zipper and bottom drawstring to put it in place.

## How to use it

Drape a cover over the plant, using the zipper to make placement and removal easier. The zipper also provides access for watering without needing to remove the entire cover. Once the fabric is positioned, tighten the drawstring at the bottom to help keep it in place and protect the covered plant from wind exposure.

For a practical winter setup, cover a potted citrus tree or young shrub when cold weather is expected, then open the zipper when watering is needed. The breathable fabric is intended to allow light and moisture through while helping retain warmth. Follow the 3°-8°F freeze-protection recommendation when deciding how to use the covers in cold conditions.

## Getting the most from it

Match the cover to the plant’s size and shape before placing it. The 47'' x 71'' covers suit smaller plants, while the 71'' x 83'' size offers more coverage for larger shrubs or young trees. With two covers in each size, the set can serve plants of different dimensions in the same garden, instead of relying on one cover size for every task.

Keep the zipper accessible for routine watering, and secure the bottom drawstring after positioning the fabric. The covers are described as reusable, making them suitable for seasonal plant protection. Buyer feedback often highlights easy placement and removal, as well as the convenience of zipper access for watering. Experiences with fit, frost protection, and durability vary, so use the size and stated freeze-protection guidance to choose the right application for each plant.

## When it makes sense

This set is a practical fit for gardeners preparing several outdoor plants for winter, especially when their collection includes a mix of pots, shrubs, citrus trees, or upright vegetable plants. Having two sizes makes it easier to select coverage for individual plants, while the zipper and drawstring support everyday use through the cold season. For a garden that needs flexible, reusable covers with access for watering, this four-pack combines varied sizing with breathable nonwoven protection.
