## Description

For people who want to track sleep, daily activity, and workouts in a ring rather than a wrist-worn format, the Milavan R11 brings key wellness and fitness data into a companion app. Its slim 2 mm profile and polished inner surface are designed for comfortable all-day wear, while the Silver Size 8 finish gives this version a clean, understated look. Check the size chart and measure your finger circumference before choosing a size for a comfortable fit.

The ring works with Android and iOS devices, and it requires no app subscription to access its features. The app brings together sleep, heart rate, and activity information for everyday reference—not medical use.

## Why it’s worth it

The R11 automatically records heart rate every 30 minutes while worn and tracks sleep periods, including deep sleep, light sleep, REM, and awake time. That gives you a convenient way to review daily patterns in the app without relying on a screen on the ring itself. For workouts, select a sport mode to view activity details such as duration, steps, heart rate, speed, calories, and distance.

Eight modes cover running, cycling, jump rope, walking, hiking, yoga, dancing, and golf. The ring also supports GPS through a connected smartphone, making it a practical choice for people who want workout details alongside their regular activity tracking. Its listed IP68 waterproof rating and 50-meter water resistance add reassurance for everyday wear around water.

## Key takeaways

This is a screen-free fitness ring focused on app-based tracking. Its sensors collect heart-rate data automatically, while sleep tracking separates deep and light sleep, REM, and awake periods. Workout modes give you a more activity-specific view, with details available in the app after selecting a sport. The care mode lets you share activity data with others, and remote photo control adds a handy extra for capturing a group moment from your phone.

The slim profile and smooth, polished inner surface make the ring suitable for day-to-day wear and many sports activities. A charging case and charging cable are listed among the included items. Battery life is listed as three days on average, with charging taking about one hour.

## Getting the most from it

Choose your sport mode in the app when you want workout-specific information, then review the recorded details there. For general wellness tracking, wear the ring so it can log heart rate at regular intervals and collect sleep data. GPS is provided through a smartphone, so keep the phone available when that feature is relevant to your activity.

The ring is compatible with Android 5.0 and later and iOS 9.0 and later. If you want a tracker without a wrist display, how useful would it be to have sleep and workout records gathered in a ring you can wear throughout the day? The R11 keeps the focus on wearing comfort and reviewing your information in the app.

## When it makes sense

Worth considering if you want a compact, screen-free way to follow sleep and everyday movement, or if you prefer a ring format for selected workouts. The eight sports modes, app-based summaries, and no-subscription access make it suited to people who want activity information available in one place without adding another wrist-worn screen. Its Silver Size 8 version is a fit-specific choice, so measuring your finger and consulting the size chart can help you select the right option.
