## Description

Heart rate tracking every 30 minutes gives you a regular view of your daily activity in the app, without needing to stop and start a reading. The Milavan R11 Smart Ring also tracks sleep automatically, bringing everyday wellness data together in a slim wearable.

Its sleep tracking records deep and light sleep, REM, and awake periods. For workouts, choose from eight sports modes and review activity details in the app.

In rose gold, the ring has a slim 2mm profile and a polished inner surface. It is designed for all-day wear, has an IP68 waterproof rating, and requires no app subscription.

## How to use it

Measure your finger circumference and use the size chart to check the fit for size 8. Charge the ring with the included charging case and cable, then connect it to a compatible Android or iOS device through Bluetooth. Daily heart rate and sleep data are available in the app for reference, the tracking is not intended for medical use.

For a workout, select one of the eight sports modes in the app. Supported activities include running, cycling, jump rope, walking, hiking, yoga, dancing, and golf. Afterward, review details such as duration, steps, heart rate, speed, calories, and distance. The app also supports remote photo control and a care mode for sharing activity data with others.

## Pros

Automatic sleep tracking makes it easy to review sleep stages and awake periods alongside everyday activity data. Heart rate is tracked at regular 30-minute intervals while the ring is worn, so the app can provide ongoing reference points throughout the day.

The eight sport modes give the ring a role beyond passive tracking: choose an activity and view workout data in the app. That makes it useful for a mix of routines, from a walk or bike ride to yoga. Smartphone-based GPS is also listed, while Bluetooth connects the ring to a compatible phone or tablet.

A ring format suits people who want a compact wearable for daily tracking, someone focused mainly on workout sessions can use the selectable sports modes to view activity details. The no-subscription app access means those features do not require a recurring fee.
