## Description

The Milavan Smart Health Ring comes in Black, size 6, with a slim 2 mm profile. Its stainless steel and resin construction gives it the familiar form of a ring, while the app brings activity, heart rate, and sleep information together for review. The ring is waterproof with an IP68 rating. It has no display, so its tracked data is viewed in the app.

## Product specs

Designed for everyday wellness tracking, the ring automatically records heart rate every 30 minutes while worn. Its sleep tracking covers deep and light sleep, REM, and awake periods, giving you several parts of your night to review in the app. These readings are for general reference and are not intended for medical use.

For workouts, choose from eight sport modes: running, cycling, jump rope, walking, hiking, yoga, dancing, and golf. The app can show workout duration, steps, heart rate, speed, calories, and distance. Smartphone GPS supports location-related activity data, while the ring’s format keeps the tracking device on your finger rather than adding a screen to your wrist. The app also offers remote photo control and a care mode for sharing activity data with others. No app subscription is required to access the features.

The ring’s polished inner surface and slim profile are intended to support comfortable all-day wear and use during most sports activities. A charging case, charging cable, smart ring, and user manual are listed as included items.

## Requirements

The ring works with Android 5.0 or later and iOS 9.0 or later. Pair it with a compatible smartphone to access the app, review recorded sleep and activity information, and use the available sport modes. GPS functionality uses the smartphone rather than a built-in GPS receiver, so location-based workout details rely on the phone.

## How to use it

Measure your finger and use the size chart to select a comfortable fit before purchasing. Wear the ring to automatically track heart rate and sleep, or select a sport mode in the app when you want to review a specific workout. After activity, open the app to see the recorded workout details and daily tracking information. You can also use the app’s remote photo control for capturing moments and its care mode to share activity data with someone else.

## When it makes sense

This ring suits people who want activity and sleep data in a compact wearable format, with tracking for both everyday movement and a range of named sports. It is also a practical alternative for shoppers who prefer reviewing data in a phone app instead of using a wrist wearable with a display. Its IP68 waterproof rating, automatic heart-rate tracking, sleep-stage information, and subscription-free app access support regular use across daily routines and workouts. Choose it for app-based wellness tracking in a ring format, especially if sharing activity data through care mode is useful to you.
