## Description

## What stands out

The 16 oz resealable bag gives you raw bitter apricot kernels in a format suited to keeping on hand for measured use in recipes or as directed on the package.

Mighty Apricot describes these kernels as USDA Organic, non-GMO, vegan, and gluten-free. They are minimally processed and unpasteurized, with no artificial additives or preservatives listed. The kernels are grown and processed in Turkey at a facility that follows Good Manufacturing Practices.

Their naturally bitter, numbing taste makes them distinct from mild-tasting seeds or nuts. Choose them when you want that characteristic flavor in a recipe, for a snack with a familiar, mild taste, a different ingredient may suit you better.

Buyers often mention freshness and the generous bag size. Taste feedback is mixed: some find the kernels pleasant or manageable, while others find them too bitter to enjoy as a snack. That makes the intended use and your preference for bitter flavors useful considerations.

## How to use it

Use the kernels on their own or add them to smoothies, trail mixes, granola, yogurt, cereal, or homemade recipes for a distinctive bitter, nutty note. For example, a small amount can be mixed into a bowl of yogurt or granola when you want to change the flavor of a familiar breakfast. Their bitterness is part of the ingredient’s character, so they bring a different taste than neutral-tasting recipe add-ins.

Follow the package directions: the stated maximum is 3 kernels per day, and the package advises reading its warning information. If you have a serious medical condition, consult your healthcare provider. Keep the resealable bag closed between uses to help maintain freshness.

## Should you buy it?

Mighty Apricot’s kernels are suited to shoppers specifically looking for raw, organic bitter apricot kernels in a larger resealable bag, whether for a recipe or carefully measured use on their own. The organic, vegan, non-GMO, and gluten-free attributes make the product easy to assess against those preferences, while the raw format preserves its characteristic bitter flavor. If that distinctive taste is what you want in a recipe, this bag offers a practical pantry format, use the package directions to guide how much you consume.
