MicoSim MSP01 Stainless Steel Cat Bowls, Shallow Wide Design, Set of 12

A shallow, wide profile gives cats easy access to food without reaching deep into a bowl. The MicoSim MSP01 set pairs that shape with 304 food-grade stainless steel for everyday meals and water.

Each dish measures 5.5 inches across and holds 12 ounces, making it a practical size for individual portions. The set of 12 also gives multi-pet households separate dishes for feeding routines.

Choose this flat style when easy access and room around the whiskers matter, a deeper bowl may suit a different feeding setup. These dishes can also serve as replacement bowls for a stand or automatic feeder when the holder matches their dimensions.

Size & fit

Each bowl measures 5.5 inches long by 5.5 inches wide and 1.18 inches high, with a 12-ounce capacity. Its low sides and broad surface make food accessible across the dish, while the shallow shape is designed to reduce pressure on a cat’s sensitive whiskers during meals. For use in a raised stand or feeder, compare the holder’s opening with the bowl’s 5.5-inch width and 1.18-inch height to ensure a suitable fit.

The bowls are stackable, so multiple dishes can be stored together or packed for a trip. Their size also suits serving wet or dry food and water. The product is described for cats as well as rabbits and other small animals, offering a simple option for households with more than one type of pet.

Pros

304 food-grade stainless steel gives the dishes a smooth surface that is easy to clean and does not absorb food odors, according to the product information. The material and flat, low shape make these bowls useful for regular feeding, whether you serve wet food, dry food, or water. Their separate-dish format can help keep each pet’s serving in its own bowl, while the stackable design keeps a group of dishes together between meals.

Buyers commonly praise the size for wet-food portions and appreciate the shallow depth and ease of cleaning. Some also mention that the bowls stay in place during feeding and work well when serving multiple cats. These comments reflect customer experiences, while the practical draw of the set is its combination of a wide, accessible profile and straightforward stainless steel construction.

When it makes sense

This set suits cat owners who want a low-sided dish for daily food or water, or who need several bowls for separate servings. The wide, shallow design is especially relevant when a pet prefers food spread across an accessible surface rather than down inside a deeper dish. It can also be a useful replacement format for an existing elevated stand or automatic feeder, provided the bowl dimensions fit the holder.

For a single feeding station, the dishes can be rotated as needed, for multiple pets, having twelve matching bowls makes it easier to assign separate dishes. The stackable steel format is also convenient when you want to keep spare bowls together or bring dishes along for travel. MicoSim combines a whisker-conscious shape, a clearly stated 12-ounce capacity, and food-grade stainless steel in a set designed for everyday pet feeding.
