## Description

For Halloween dress-up, a career day, or an afternoon of pretend play, this Metemot police accessory set gives kids props to act out their own police scenarios. The 10-piece set includes a police hat, toy handcuffs, a body-worn camera, a handlight, a whistle, kids’ sunglasses, and a police badge.

The camera adds sound and light effects, while the adjustable hat helps complete the costume look. The set is recommended for ages 3 and up, the manufacturer says the hat fits most kids ages 3–8.

## Tips for day-to-day use

Use the accessories to build a simple role-play scene: a child can put on the hat and badge, carry the handlight, and use the camera’s sound and light effects as part of the pretend activity. The whistle, sunglasses, and toy handcuffs add more props for changing the story or sharing roles with other children.

For a quick costume, pair the accessories with everyday clothes, for a more complete dress-up look, use them alongside a police costume. This set focuses on props rather than a full outfit, making it a practical way to add police-themed details to play or an event. What will the young officer investigate first? A made-up neighborhood mystery, a classroom career-day scene, or a Halloween adventure can all give the accessories a role.

## Where it shines

This set suits Halloween dress-up, themed parties, birthday gifts, career-day activities, and imaginative play at home. The assortment gives children several recognizable props to build a character, while the camera’s lights and sounds add an interactive element to their pretend scenarios. With multiple accessories to assign different roles, it can also support shared play rather than relying on a single costume piece.

Compared with buying a complete costume, an accessory-focused set is useful when the outfit itself is already handled or when the goal is to add props to regular clothes. Customers appreciate the cute appearance and variety of accessories, some say the set has the key police-themed gear. Feedback is not uniform, though: several buyers report pieces breaking easily, and opinions on value and sizing differ. These are useful considerations when choosing a set for a particular child or occasion.

## Questions before you buy

## Is it worth it?

Worth considering if you want a collection of police-themed props for dress-up, a school career day, or imaginative play without making a full outfit the centerpiece. The hat, badge, and assortment of accessories help establish the role, while the camera’s sound and light effects give children another way to bring their scenarios to life.
