## Description

This accessory kit for the Quest 2 brings together practical add-ons to improve comfort, protection, and control for extended VR sessions. It includes a gravity-balanced head strap that redistributes weight to reduce facial pressure and a water-resistant EVA carrying case that helps protect the headset on the move.

## Key Points

The head strap uses a distributed design and a wide back bracket to increase head support and reduce slippage while playing. The carrying case is made from water-resistant, wear-resistant EVA with a smooth double zipper for secure closure and shock protection. The silicone face cover helps limit light leakage and keeps sweat off the original foam pad, adding a softer contact surface for longer use. Controller grip covers increase tactile grip on the original plastic handles without blocking signals. The kit also contains a lens protector, joystick covers, and button caps to protect small parts from wear.

## Technical Specifications

- Name: **Quest 2 Accessories Kit**
- Compatibility: Quest 2 (Oculus Quest 2)
- Materials: EVA case, silicone face cover, silicone shell cover, silicone controller grips
- Contents: 1 head strap, 1 carrying case, 1 silicone face cover, 1 shell cover, 2 controller grip covers, 1 lens cover, 1 pair button caps
- Closure: Double zipper on case

## Benefits

The gravity-balanced strap aims to make sessions feel lighter on the face, which can reduce discomfort during longer playtimes. The case’s shockproof and dustproof properties protect the headset during transport or storage, helping preserve optics and sensors. Soft silicone parts are easy to clean and wick away moisture better than the stock foam, which may extend comfort and hygiene. Small protective parts like the lens cover and joystick caps add simple, low-cost safeguards against scratches and accidental knocks.

## Usage Recommendations

Attach the strap and adjust it until the headset sits comfortably and the display aligns with your eyes, checking that the back bracket prevents backward sliding. Store the headset and accessories in the EVA case when not in use to avoid dust accumulation and accidental impacts. Replace the stock face pad with the silicone cover when you expect sweaty sessions or when you prefer an easier-to-clean surface. Consider that silicone accessories can slightly alter fit and sound reflection, and they may not provide the same breathability as original foam, according to the manufacturer.
