## Description

Add a vibration session to a home workout with the MERACH CV40 curved vibration plate. Its 13mm amplitude and 10 speed settings let you choose an intensity for your routine, while the included resistance band supports exercises beyond standing on the platform.

The 200W motor powers the vibration, and Bluetooth connectivity with built-in speakers lets you play music from a connected device during a session. Textured silicone foot pads provide a defined standing surface.

At 28.4" × 15" × 6.3", the platform is designed for home use. It has a 440-pound maximum weight recommendation and comes with a remote, power cord, resistance band, and user manual.

## Practical tips

Place the platform on a stable, level surface and use the remote to adjust the vibration intensity. The machine offers one preset mode and 10 speed modes, giving you options for different sessions. Its presence sensor activates the platform when someone steps on and pauses it after 30 seconds of inactivity.

For a simple session, stand on the silicone foot pads and select a speed, for more varied movement, use the resistance band during exercises. Bluetooth and built-in speakers make it possible to listen to music while you work out. The remote has an LED display for adjusting intensity.

## Benefits

The curved platform combines vibration training with a format suited to a home workout area. A 13mm amplitude and 200W motor are key features for shoppers comparing vibration plates, while 10 speed settings provide a straightforward way to vary the feel of a session. Rather than building a routine around weights alone, you can pair the platform with the included resistance band for additional movements.

The textured silicone surface offers footing on the platform, and the non-slip base is designed to keep the machine stable during use. Bluetooth audio adds a convenient way to play music without relying on a separate speaker nearby.

## Is it worth it?

It suits you if you want a home vibration platform with multiple speed settings, music connectivity, and a resistance band in one setup.
