MELUMILU Adult Snorkel Mask Set with 180° View and Dry-Top Snorkel

A basic swim mask covers the eyes, snorkeling calls for a way to breathe while your face is in the water. This MELUMILU set pairs an adult mask with a dry-top snorkel and can also be used for swimming with the tube removed. Its fit and breathing details matter more than the wide-view claim alone.

Practical tips

The mask is designed for adults only, and the listed width is 6.3 inches. Check that measurement against your fit needs before buying, it is not intended for children. The adjustable silicone strap uses side buttons, so the mask can be fitted around the head before entering the water. A comfortable fit is important for keeping the skirt in contact with the face.

For snorkeling, breathe through the snorkel rather than through your nose. The product information says nasal breathing can fog the inside of the mask and contribute to leakage. After use, rinse the mask and tube with fresh water to remove salt, sand, or chlorine, let them dry in a ventilated area away from direct sunlight, and store them in the included mesh bag. The package also lists a user manual.

Pros

The 180° panoramic view is intended to give a broad underwater field of view, while the tempered-glass lenses and anti-fog design target visibility. A float valve at the snorkel’s top is described as closing underwater and opening at the surface, a one-way valve below helps drain water. The soft silicone skirt and mouthpiece are designed for face contact, and the snorkel can be removed when you want to use the mask on its own for pool training or casual swimming.

That makes the set more adaptable than buying a mask solely for snorkeling if you also want eye coverage for swimming. Worth considering if you want one adult set for those two uses and value the included mesh carry bag.

What to know

The listed materials include plastic and silicone, with a polycarbonate frame, the color is full black. Although the mask is described as fitting most adult face shapes, fit is personal, and the product itself asks buyers to check the size. It is not a children’s mask. The instructions also explain that correct placement and strap adjustment matter when addressing leaks.

Buyer feedback is not uniform. Some customers say the mask works well and appreciate its appearance, while comments about fogging and leakage are mixed. Some also report difficulty breathing through it, and durability feedback includes concerns about the strap mechanism. These are reported experiences rather than guaranteed outcomes, but they make a careful fit and an easy first use especially relevant. It might not be a great match if you need a child-sized mask or want to avoid a snorkel-based breathing setup.

Questions before you buy

Can the mask be used without the snorkel? Yes. The product information says to remove the tube to use the mask for pool training or casual swimming.

Is the set intended for beginners? The manufacturer describes it as beginner-friendly, with an adjustable strap and a design intended to make clearing water and balancing pressure easier. This does not replace learning safe snorkeling practices.

What comes in the package? The listed contents are one mask, one snorkel tube, one storage bag, and one user manual.

Buying verdict

This set suits adults looking for a snorkel mask with a dry-top tube that can also serve as a swim mask when the tube is removed. Its broad-view design, adjustable strap, and travel bag are practical points, the adult-only fit and mixed reports on fogging, leaks, breathing comfort, and strap durability deserve equal consideration. If you prioritize a straightforward option for occasional snorkeling and pool use, the dual-use design is the main reason to choose it over a mask meant only for swimming. For a child, this product is not the right fit.
