Key specifications

• Model: MST - MS - 001
• Type: Adhesive hook and loop fastener
• Size: 2 x 4 inches
• Material: Nylon

The two-part fastener gives you a simple alternative to a screw-mounted hook when you want to secure a lightweight item without making holes. Its peel-and-stick format also suits craft projects and everyday organizing, from keeping office wires together to arranging kitchen essentials. The adhesive is intended for clean, flat surfaces such as glass, metal, plastic, wood, and tile.

Buyers often mention the tape’s versatility and the convenience of cutting it to size. Feedback on adhesive strength, long-term durability, and how securely items stay in place is mixed, so choose the application and surface with care. For larger or heavier projects, the product guidance recommends using more surface area for adhesion.

Practical tips

Clean and dry the surface before applying either side, then peel away the backing and press the fastener firmly into place. Allow 24 hours for the adhesive to reach maximum strength before relying on the bond. This is useful when setting up a cable station, mounting an educational print, or securing a small frame: you can position the matching sides separately, then bring them together to hold the item.

The fastener is intended for flat, clean surfaces and is not recommended for fabrics, painted walls, or underwater use. The manufacturer also notes that continued exposure to full sunlight can damage the fastener. For cushion use, it is best suited to firm, large, flat cushions, textile and leather cushions are not recommended.

What you get

The set includes 12 black hook and loop tape sets, each measuring 2 x 4 inches. Having separate hook and loop pieces gives you a ready-made pair for a small mounting or organizing task, while the tape can be cut for projects that need a shorter length. Use the sets around the home, office, or school for lightweight items such as remote controls, crafts, small frames, and cable organization.

Should you buy it?

A solid pick if you want a cut-to-size adhesive fastener for lightweight home, office, or school projects and prefer a no-hole setup over screws. Its 2 x 4-inch format, nylon construction, and reusable hook-and-loop connection make it useful for everyday organizing and mounting on suitable clean, flat surfaces.
