MEELUS Queen Waterproof Mattress Protector, Quilted Surface, Deep Pockets

Queen size measures 60" x 80" x 18", with a fitted-sheet shape and a waterproof backing. The MEELUS mattress protector is designed for beds that need a washable cover rather than extra padding or a full mattress encasement.

Its deep-pocket skirt stretches to fit mattresses from 8 to 21 inches high. That range makes the pocket depth a useful detail to compare with your mattress before choosing this Queen size.

The surface is 100% polyester, with a quilted finish and a thermoplastic polyurethane laminate backing. It is intended to help shield the mattress from spills and moisture while keeping the sleep surface soft and quiet.

Key takeaways

The main draw is the combination of a fitted-sheet style, elastic edges and a TPU backing. The 360-degree stretch skirt is designed to hold the cover around the mattress, while the quilted top adds a little cushioning without making this a separate, thick mattress pad. The listed materials also include polyester filling, a polypropylene lining and a polyester skirt.

The manufacturer describes the fabric as breathable and OEKO-TEX certified, and the cover is machine washable with tumble drying on low heat. Those details suit shoppers looking for routine spill protection and straightforward care. It makes sense if you want a fitted protector for a Queen bed with a mattress within the stated height range.

On-body feel

The cover is presented as soft, breathable and quiet, so it is intended to sit beneath regular bedding without the rustling associated with some waterproof layers. Its diamond quilting adds a modest cushioned feel, shoppers looking for a noticeably plush mattress topper would be choosing a different type of product.

Buyer feedback is favorable about fit, staying in place and washing. Reports about water resistance are mixed, however, and some buyers say the cover feels thinner than expected. That difference matters if dependable spill protection is the main reason for buying: the TPU backing is the documented design feature, but customer experiences are not uniform.

Everyday use

For a household dealing with occasional nighttime spills, pet messes or potty-training accidents, this cover is designed to provide a barrier while remaining removable for machine washing. It can also suit a guest or hotel-style bedroom where a fitted, washable layer is more practical than adding a thicker pad. Follow the stated low-heat tumble-dry guidance for care.

Compared with a basic fitted sheet, the laminated backing and deep skirt add protective coverage. Compared with a padded mattress topper, this protector prioritizes a moisture barrier and mattress fit rather than substantial cushioning. Not the best choice if you are shopping primarily for a thick, plush layer or want buyer feedback that is uniformly positive about water resistance.
