## Description

## Key specifications

When planning calls for more than a small note area, a full-size board makes it easier to keep a lesson, meeting, or group brainstorm visible in one place. The Maxtek PTL-4"X8" combines a 96 x 48-inch writing surface with magnetic functionality, so written ideas and attached reference materials can share the same display.

Its horizontal layout suits wall-mounted use in classrooms, offices, and other shared spaces. The foldable design also gives the board a practical storage option when the room needs to serve another purpose.

- Size: 96 x 48 inches
- Surface: Magnetic dry-erase whiteboard
- Orientation: Horizontal
- Mounting: Wall mount
- Frame: Aluminum
- Included components: Marker tray, 1 eraser, 3 markers, and 6 magnets

## How to use it

Use the broad surface to map out a lesson, outline a project, or collect ideas during a team discussion. A teacher can write key points across the board while using the magnets to display notes or visual aids nearby. In an office, the same setup can keep an agenda and supporting documents together where the group can refer to them.

The magnetic surface adds flexibility beyond writing alone: attach relevant papers as the conversation develops, then erase and update the writing for the next class or meeting. The long pen tray keeps markers and the eraser close to the work area. The board is designed for wall mounting, making it a useful choice when you want a shared planning surface rather than a portable tabletop format.

## Usage tips

Keep frequently used markers and the eraser on the tray so they are ready when the board is needed. Use the magnets to position documents or visual aids alongside written notes, and wipe the surface clean when it is time to reorganize the content. For a multipurpose room, the foldable construction can help with storage between activities.

Customer feedback highlights use for home-schooling and office tasks, along with ease of mounting and the convenience of a foldable format. Feedback on durability is mixed: some buyers mention dents or creases. These perspectives can help set expectations when choosing a large board for a regularly used shared space.

## Before you decide

**What comes with the whiteboard?** The listed components are a marker tray, one eraser, three markers, and six magnets, giving you basic tools for writing and displaying notes.

**What is the board’s layout and mounting style?** It has a horizontal 96 x 48-inch format and is designed for wall mounting, making it suited to a fixed presentation or planning area.

## Buying verdict

For teachers, students, and workplace teams who need a large shared surface, the Maxtek PTL-4"X8" brings writing, magnetic document display, and a long accessory tray together in one wall-mounted board. Its generous format supports lessons and collaborative planning, while the foldable design is useful when a room also needs to be cleared or rearranged.
