## Description

## Pros

At 10 x 10 x 6 ft, this outdoor dog kennel gives large dogs room to move, rest, and play. Its heavy-duty metal frame and railings create a defined outdoor enclosure. A waterproof, UV-resistant roof adds shade and shelter, while the lockable door helps keep the enclosure secured. A swivel feeder lets you serve meals through the feeding door without stepping inside.

The frame combines reinforced, powder-coated steel with rust-resistant iron railings. The attached roof is sloped to help prevent rain and snow from accumulating, making the kennel useful for everyday outdoor time in changing weather. For feeding, the built-in stainless steel bowl and access door keep the serving point at the kennel rather than requiring you to enter the enclosure. The bowl is described as rust-proof, and the removable tray and open-bar design support straightforward cleanup with a hose.

## Key takeaways

This kennel brings together an open, spacious run and overhead coverage in one enclosure. That makes it a practical alternative to a basic open-top pen when shade and rain protection are important parts of an outdoor setup. The lockable door adds a secure closing point, and the integrated swivel feeder is a useful detail for regular meals or water access while keeping the handler outside the kennel.

The 10 x 10 ft footprint is intended for large dogs and offers room for movement as well as rest. Before ordering, measure the space where you plan to place it so the enclosure fits your yard or other outdoor area. The product is also described for use with cats, chickens, goats, and other medium to large animals, giving it potential uses beyond a dog run.

## How to use it

Assemble the enclosure using its tool-free design, then use the lockable door to manage entry and exit. The kennel’s size makes it suited to a backyard or farm setting where a pet needs a defined outdoor area. Use the roofed space for outdoor time in sun or rain, and serve meals through the feeding door using the swivel bowl. This setup keeps feeding access outside the enclosure while leaving the interior available for the animal.

For routine cleanup, the open-bar design allows hosing, and the removable tray can be taken out for cleaning. The metal construction, covered top, feeding access, and lockable entry work together as a single outdoor enclosure rather than requiring a separate shelter and feeding arrangement.

## Should you buy it?

Worth considering if you want a large outdoor kennel that pairs a defined 10 x 10 ft footprint with a roof, a lockable door, and an integrated feeding station. The sloped waterproof, UV-resistant cover provides overhead shelter, while the removable tray and hose-friendly open-bar design support practical cleanup. It suits owners setting up a dedicated outdoor space for a large dog, as well as households looking for a versatile enclosure for other listed animals. Measure your intended placement area first, then choose this covered metal kennel when room to move, sheltered outdoor use, and accessible feeding are priorities.
