MaxGear MaxGear-W-Glass-Board-36x24 Glass Whiteboard, 36" x 24", Magnetic

Use the 36" x 24" MaxGear glass whiteboard to keep a weekly plan, lesson notes, or project ideas visible in a home office, classroom, or shared workspace. What if your planning surface could also keep loose notes close at hand? Its steel backing supports compatible neodymium magnets, while the frameless design gives the wall a clean, floating look.

Getting the most from it

The smooth, non-porous tempered glass surface is made for dry-erase writing and clean erasing, making it practical for notes that change throughout the day. Use it to map out a workweek, sketch a lesson, or collect ideas during a team discussion, then wipe the surface for the next task. The 36" x 24" format offers a dedicated planning area without taking over an entire wall.

The board can be mounted horizontally or vertically, so you can orient the writing space to suit the room and the way you plan to use it. A mounting template and hardware are included. Because the glass board is substantial, the manufacturer recommends installation by two or more people for a secure fit. The accessory tray keeps markers and an eraser nearby, and the included set also contains four markers and six strong magnets.

Where it shines

In a home workspace, use the board for a calendar, reminders, and a running task list, in a classroom or community space, it can serve as a reusable surface for teaching points and visual aids. The steel backing lets compatible neodymium magnets hold notes or documents on the board, combining a writing area with a place to display paper. Standard magnets may not work through the thick glass, so use strong neodymium magnets, such as those supplied with the board.

Compared with a conventional framed whiteboard, this frameless glass design offers a more minimal look while retaining a writable surface and magnetic support. Buyers often praise its appearance and ease of cleaning, and some describe installation as straightforward. Installation feedback is mixed, however, and some customers report that magnetic hold feels weak. The included magnets are specified for use with the glass board, keep the type of magnet in mind when deciding how you’ll display heavier or frequently handled papers.
