## Description

For listening to music or taking calls during a commute, these Matsusho USB-C wired earbuds connect directly to a compatible device and put playback and call controls on the cord. The in-ear design keeps the earbuds compact, while the included two-pack gives you a second set for another bag or a backup.

A built-in microphone and remote make it easier to manage calls and audio without reaching for your phone. The 4-foot cable offers room to use a connected device while listening, and the wired format suits shoppers who prefer a direct USB-C connection over wireless earbuds.

## Technical overview

- Cable length: 4 feet

The inline remote supports volume adjustment, track selection, play and pause, and call functions such as answering or ending a call. That makes these earbuds useful when you want to manage audio while walking, working, or handling everyday errands. Their wired connection also keeps listening simple: connect the USB-C plug and use the controls on the cable.

## Requirements
Use a device with a USB-C port. Listed compatible devices include iPhone 15 through 18 models, selected iPads, MacBook models, Samsung Galaxy S-series and Note phones, and Google Pixel phones. Check that your specific device has a USB-C connection before choosing a wired headset, compatibility is based on the device connection, not just its brand.

## Usage tips
Use the inline buttons to adjust volume or move between tracks without taking out your phone. The remote also supports answering, ending, or rejecting calls, which is handy when your phone is in a pocket or bag. For a simple travel setup, coil the cable for storage and connect the earbuds when you are ready to listen. The in-ear shape is designed for everyday listening on commutes, walks, and workouts.

Compared with a wireless pair, this wired option keeps the listening setup centered on a USB-C connection and cable-mounted controls. Choose it when you value direct plug-in use and call and music controls in one cord, a wireless design is the alternative for anyone who specifically wants cable-free listening.

## Practical questions
**Can I use these earbuds for phone calls?** Yes. They have a built-in microphone, and the inline remote supports call controls, including answering and ending calls.

**Are they wireless?** No. They connect to a compatible device through a wired USB-C plug, with audio and call controls on the cable.

**What comes in the pack?** The pack includes two USB-C earphone sets. A 36-month warranty is also listed for the product.

## Buying verdict
Matsusho’s SKFASTC-US178 is suited to everyday listening and calls with a USB-C device, especially when convenient on-cord controls matter. The two-pack, in-ear fit, built-in microphone, and wired connection make it a practical choice for keeping a set ready for commuting, work, or daily routines.
