## Description

A fleece lining adds a cozy layer for cold-weather outings, while the windproof design helps shield your dog from winter air. The Malier coat pairs practical coverage with a classic white plaid pattern, a pocket, and a leash opening on the back.

An under-belly fastening makes the coat easier to put on and take off, and the smooth inner lining is designed to let your dog move comfortably. The X-Large size has a listed neck size of 21 inches.

## What you’ll notice day to day
The collared jacket is made with fleece and polyester fiber, combining a warm feel with a lightweight design. Its plaid look brings a classic touch to a functional winter layer, while the back leash hole lets you attach a leash without covering the opening with the coat. A small pocket adds a distinctive detail.

For a walk on a chilly day, fasten the coat under your dog’s belly and guide the leash through the back opening. The coat is described as windproof and waterproof, making it suited to winter weather, and its design allows room for movement. If you’re choosing between a simple sweater and a coat with weather-focused features, what will matter most on your walks? Here, the fleece lining, windproof construction, and leash access are all built into one garment.

Buyers often praise the warmth, appearance, and ease of putting the coat on and taking it off. Feedback on fit and durability is mixed, so using your dog’s measurements as a guide is helpful. The product information recommends choosing the larger size when measurements are close to the maximum for a comfortable fit.

## The essentials
This is a winter dog coat in white plaid, made from polyester with a fleece lining. It has a collared neck, an under-belly fastening, a back leash hole, and a pocket. The X-Large option lists a 21-inch neck size. The coat is machine washable, which makes routine care straightforward after outdoor wear.

The range is described as available in multiple sizes and colors, with options intended for small, medium, and large dogs. For this white X-Large version, consider the neck measurement alongside your dog’s overall fit needs. The listed breed recommendation is all breed sizes, and the product details also identify this size for large dogs.

## Cleaning & care
Machine wash the coat according to its care instructions. After a walk, remove visible dirt as needed before washing, and allow the garment to dry fully before storing it with your dog’s other cold-weather gear. Keeping the coat clean helps it stay ready for the next outing and keeps the fleece layer fresh for regular seasonal use.

## Is it worth it?
Worth considering if you want a winter layer that combines fleece warmth, wind protection, waterproof construction, and a built-in leash opening. The plaid finish gives it a familiar coat style, while the belly fastening makes dressing your dog more convenient. For cold-weather walks where you want a coat with practical leash access and a machine-washable design, this Malier jacket brings those useful details together in the X-Large white plaid version.
