## Description

This 24-piece stoneware dinnerware set offers a practical upgrade for everyday meals and small dinner parties, combining a modern speckled look with sturdy construction. If you need reliable serviceware for family dinners, this stoneware dinnerware set for 8 brings consistent plates and bowls that stand up to daily use and cleaning, according to the manufacturer.

## Key takeaways

The set addresses common worries about durability and safety by using premium ORC ceramic clay that is lead-free and cadmium-free. It is fired at 2552°F and finished with a multi-layer crystalline **GLIDECOAT glaze**, which the maker says improves scratch resistance and makes the surface easier to clean. The neutral white tone with sesame speckle keeps the table looking modern while preserving a crafted, earthy feel. Who doesn’t want dishes that look good and last more than a season?

## What stands out

**MALACASA TARA** pairs a contemporary aesthetic with practical details. The dinner plates measure 10.25 inches, the salad plates 8.25 inches, and the cereal bowls hold 26 oz, so portions and plating stay predictable. The finish hides minor marks and lends a hand-made look, while the set’s construction reduces water absorption to improve heat resistance. Note that durability claims are manufacturer provided, so expect real-world wear over time, especially with heavy knocks.

## Tech specs

- Name: **MALACASA TARA 24-piece set**
- What’s included: 8 dinner plates, 8 salad plates, 8 cereal bowls
- Size: 10.25" dinner plates, 8.25" salad plates, 26 oz bowls
- Material: ORC ceramic clay
- Color: White with sesame speckle

## Benefits

The main advantage is low-maintenance tableware that still reads as handcrafted. **Dishwasher and microwave safe** pieces mean reheating and cleanup are straightforward, and the hardened glaze helps reduce visible scratches. You get consistent serving sizes and a cohesive set that suits casual and slightly more formal meals.

## Who it’s for

You’ll appreciate it if you often host small gatherings, prefer neutral table settings, or want a coordinated service for everyday family meals. It makes sense if you value ease of care and a tactile, ceramic finish. You may want to skip it if you need break-resistant travel-friendly dinnerware or prefer lightweight melamine for outdoor dining.

## Care & maintenance

Wipe away tough stains before loading into the dishwasher, and avoid sudden temperature shocks to reduce cracking. With simple handling and normal use, the set should retain its look and function while adding a warm, modern touch to your table.🌿
