MACLLYN Halloween Spider Decoration 47-Inch

Prismatic panels and 150 built-in LEDs make this pumpkin-headed spider glow across its body, giving a Halloween yard display a more noticeable focal point after dark.

Animated red eyes add a spooky detail, while the orange pumpkin head keeps the look firmly seasonal rather than purely creepy.

It’s designed for outdoor or indoor displays, and the snap-fit construction is intended to go together without tools.

How it fits

This decoration suits a lawn, garden, or porch where a lit centerpiece can help set the scene. Picture it near the front walk with the eyes facing the approach: the pumpkin head and illuminated body do the visual work, without needing a collection of smaller props around it. It can also serve as part of a haunted-house or party setup indoors.

Ground stakes and cable ties are included for placement, and the frame has a round base. That gives you options for securing it, though the listing doesn’t explain how well it holds up in strong wind. The product is described as IP44 rated for sunny and light-rain conditions according to the maker, that is a narrower claim than all-weather protection.

Would you rather have one large illuminated character or build a display from several simpler decorations? This spider makes more sense for the first approach: it combines the lighting and main visual feature in one piece. It’s a great fit if you want a reusable focal point for a porch or yard and can store it between seasons. Better avoided if you need a decoration specified for heavy rain, harsh weather, or a particular footprint—the available sizing details leave some room for uncertainty.

Pros

• The 150 LEDs run along an integrated 190-inch light string for a full-body lighting effect.
• Animated red eyes and the orange pumpkin head give the decoration a recognizable Halloween look, even before adding other props.
• Snap-fit assembly is designed to require no tools, and the pieces can be disassembled for compact seasonal storage.
• Indoor and outdoor placement gives it flexibility for a yard display, porch, party, or haunted-house scene.

The practical tradeoff is that this is a character decoration, not a general-purpose light. Its appeal depends on wanting a large spider-and-pumpkin theme, and the listed weather guidance is limited to sunny and light-rain conditions.

Spec sheet

• Type: Pre-lit Halloween spider decoration
• Size: 47 inches in the product name
• Dimensions: Pumpkin-head frame listed as 40 × 17 inches
• Lighting: 150 LED lights, 190-inch integrated light string
• Outdoor rating: IP44
• Included setup pieces: Round base, ground stakes, and cable ties
• Assembly: Snap-fit, no tools required

One detail worth noting before choosing a display spot: the product name gives a 47-inch size, while the description separately gives the pumpkin-head frame dimensions. It doesn’t clarify the overall assembled footprint, so leave room rather than planning a tight fit against a doorway or railing.

Should you buy it?

Choose this MACLLYN spider if you want a pre-lit, character-driven Halloween decoration that can anchor a small yard or porch scene and then pack away for reuse. The integrated lights, animated eyes, and tool-free assembly make it more self-contained than a basic unlit prop, while stakes and ties offer ways to secure the setup.

Skip it if the main requirement is dependable performance in heavy weather or if exact assembled dimensions are essential to your layout. The provided information supports light-rain use, not unrestricted exposure, and the frame measurement is not clearly the full decoration size. For a seasonal display with a sheltered or fair-weather placement, those limits may be manageable, for a fully exposed spot, a product with broader weather guidance would be a safer match.
