## Description

The five-pack comes in assorted colors, with an individual storage case for each mouth guard. Soft EVA material can be molded to a child’s teeth using the boil-and-bite method. The set is designed for toddlers, kids, and youths playing contact and high-impact sports. Choose the size based on the stated age range before fitting.

## Why it makes sense
A moldable mouth guard offers a personalized fit for practices and games, while the five-piece set gives families several guards to use or rotate. The included cases help keep each guard stored and ready to carry between home, school, and sports. Assorted colors also make it easier for a child to recognize their own guard among sports gear.

The design is intended to cushion impact and protect the teeth, gums, tongue, and jaw during activities such as football, lacrosse, soccer, hockey, basketball, boxing, MMA, taekwondo, and karate. Its breathable design is intended to support smooth breathing during play. It suits you if you need a youth-focused mouth guard that can be shaped at home and used across different sports.

## What to know
The product offers two size choices: small for boys and girls under 7, and medium for kids ages 7–14. Select the option that matches the child’s age range, then follow the included boil-and-bite instructions to shape the guard to their dental structure. This fitting approach is useful for families who want a moldable guard rather than a fixed, ready-shaped design. The mouth guard is not suitable for braces wearers.

Buyer feedback is mixed on fit, molding, and comfort. Some customers say the guards mold easily and work well for children’s activities, while others report difficulty getting a suitable shape or fit. Because children’s fit experiences vary, following the fitting instructions and choosing the size for the stated age group are practical steps before use.

## Cleaning & care
For hygiene, disinfect the mouth guard before and after each use. The manufacturer recommends replacing it every three months. Store each guard in its individual case between uses, the case also makes it easier to carry a guard to practice or a game.

## What to clarify
**How do you mold the mouth guard?** Use the boil-and-bite instructions to shape it to the child’s teeth. This creates a custom fit based on the child’s dental structure.

**Which size should I choose?** The small size is intended for children under 7, and the medium size is intended for ages 7–14. Choose the age range that applies to the child.

**Can it be used for different sports?** It is designed for activities including football, lacrosse, soccer, hockey, basketball, boxing, MMA, taekwondo, and karate. The mouth guard is not intended for wear with braces.

## Final verdict
For families preparing a young athlete for practices or games, this set combines moldable soft EVA guards with individual cases and multiple assorted colors. Its two age-based size options and broad range of intended sports make it a practical choice for keeping a mouth guard on hand for a child’s athletic routine.
